When I surf around the web checking out different e-cig site, one thing I have noticed is anyplace that has information about the E9 makes no mention of the 510 and vise versa places that feature the 510 make no mention of the E9 style. It seems that they are in direct competition with eachother. Is there a flaw with the E9 that makes it so unpopular with this forum that I am unaware of? I know there seems to be allot more supplies and things for the 510. Is it simply popularity, has anyone tried the E9 and 510 to find the 510 is a better product?

Just curious

Not that I've heard of. By E9 do you mean the cartomizer model manufactured and sold by Cixi E-cig (e-cig.com)? If so they are really different products as the 510 is a three piece model (although with cartomizers available for 510's I suppose they can be direct competitors). Probably a more comparable model is the KR808D-1 (Vapor King etc.). The 510 is widely copied and available from virtually any of the vendors. None of the suppliers I've ever used sell the E9.

They aren't really competitors. They are in different size categories (E9 is super-mini, 510 is mini), use different hardware (cartomizers vs. atomizers), and the 510's are consistently recognized as being higher quality.

If the E9 was competing with anything, it would be the Kr808D-1, which is also a mini like the 510, but uses cartomizers like the E9. And the Kr808D-1 is also recognized as being higher quality than the E9.
