Curious if this happens to anyone else...when I am vaping I normally exhale out my mouth and nose and everything is just peachy. When I vape I draw and hold in my mouth and then inhale and then exhale, BUT if I take a hit, hold it in my mouth and do not inhale and then exhale out of my nose it is nasty and burns! Anyone else notice this?

The whole reason I even experienced this is from some video reviews i've seen. Looks like while some people are taking a draw they immediately exhale from their nose a few times and then finishes the draw and inhales then exhales from their mouth. I just cant do it.

Maybe it takes practice, but I don't really recommend it. Sometime when I take a drag, I exhale through my nose and take another drag at the same time. But I only do it on my mini 510 e-cig at 3.7V, to get a stronger TH. I don't do it on my 4V KGO.

I had to switch to a vivi nova to get away from that issue.

Same deal for me. If I don't inhale first, it burns exhaling through my nose.

only odd thing i've noticed is when i'm lying on the couch watching TV. the flavor is muted or just tastes different. why my taste buds are so different when horizontal compared to vertical i do not know.

I have been known to take chain vaping to the next level, if it's been a while since I could vape and I'm on the verge of a serious nic fit, I will hold the button nonstop, fill mouth, quickly inhale then exhale through nose while mouth is refilling, repeat, repeat, repeat...

But that is still inhaling first, so it doesn't fit with your problem. It seems like maybe I did notice that once or twice, when I was vaping higher mgs.

I love having a mod with no cutoff timer.

I have not done an actual inhale for quite a while. I am not sure when I stopped. I draw, and exhale through both my mouth and nose. I do not notice any burning. I vape at 3.7 V and use some type of hybrid or rebuildable.

hmmm... Just tried that and it's not the easiest thing to do. Why not though, right? You're still absorbing nicotine.

OT- My great grandmother used to smoke like a little chimney. And she never inhaled. Just used to puff away.

You're not the only one, OP. I watch Grimm Green and PBusardo videos all the time, and whenever they take a hit (or "toot" as GG likes to say so much, which really grates on my ears), they do that mid-hit nose-puff. I've tried it, and got the same taste and sensation you did. I doubt it's lack of skill, because I used to do it all the time when smoking real cigs. Then again, maybe it is. I don't know.

Not at all difficult to understand and no, you are not alone. I have also noticed that I can't talk with a mouth/throat full of vapor. If I don't let it out before trying to talk it burns my throat and makes me cough. Note to self: Just shut up.

Doing that really doesn't burn my nose, but if i don't inhale the flavor is terrible. I've always wondered why that is. The vapor tastes burnt and nothing like it is supposed to.

I always inhale. I just tried it exhaling out of my nose without inhaling and I see what the op is talking about. Burns like a mother! I don't see how that could be comfortable to anyone with sinuses. Maybe with low volts and a high ohm coil.....

Yea, same thing happens to me too! Lying in bed watching tv and the taste isnt the same or as strong. Standing or sitting and it's back, strange.
