Okay, so I just want to say I did a search for this, and all I found was vapers tongue discussions, and that isn't what my question is about.
My question is.. I burnt my tongue on something hot, I think it was soup, and now I can't really taste my vape very much. It doesn't taste burnt, or anything, I just can't hardly taste it. I'm vaping Yeti Vape's Dirty Squatch, which is a fairly potent flavour, so it's not a weakling flavour. I tend to go for stronger vape flavours. Is this normal? Does this happen to anyone else if they burn their tongue?
I'm a sub ohmer, and my setup is: 0.3Ω or 0.5Ω kanthal coils in a melo 2 running on an istick 50W battery. I usually run it at 30.0W to 31.6W. Right now it's at 30.6W (I haven't changed the wattage since yesterday) with a .5 coil. I ran out of 0.3Ω coils, which I prefer over the 0.5Ω, but I have to deal with it for the time being until I can afford to buy more coils. So, .5 coil is what's in my tank right now, unfortunately. Hopefully that will answer any questions you might have about my setup.
