I was about 2ml the 1st. week, then it went up a bit. Week 2 I really started craving analogs and was over 5ml. so I got a higher nic juice and hit it for a few puffs when I was really craving, then switched back to my regular juice. Now on week 3 and seem to be holding around 3ml a day.
As it was said to me when I was looking for some support to help fend off my analog cravings, "regardless of how much juice your vaping, it's better then all those analogs your were burning"

umm, I vape at least 13 ml a day, so umm, ya got some catching up to do my friend. No one like a lite weight vaper. lmao.

Less smokes, more vape, sounds like the natural evolution progression of most vapers.

Vape long and Prosper!!!

I'll start by catching up with a vv/vw mod and then catching up on home brewing my juices. Then I might be in the right class to enter the race :D

I have been vaping a while now and i usually go through about 8ml or more a day, maybe more if i'm dripping that day at 6mg nic

Great to know I'm lower than average and how much it varies from person to person.

I actually went the opposite. I vaped mass amounts when starting, trying to get the fix from the chemicals in cigarettes that were not there. I slowed down a few weeks into it when that addiction wore off.

I have a feeling that is what is happening to me. That and the fact that I can now vape anytime I like, even in the car. It also helps office boredom a lot.

I already had a (bad) E-cig system for over 2 years and just now got a decent system (eGo spinner). First day I vaped a little over 1.6mg. Next day I was at about 3.0 mg. Yesterday and today I'm up from that. Could it just be because I am getting too used to the juice taste or "new toy effect"? I'm using 18mg nic juice, so I doubt that's the problem since I cut down from 21+ analogs to 6-8 a day. I have to admit I have been drinking plenty of beer the last 2 days, though...

Heh, only 3? I do 6+ a day now.

I'd worry more about the amount of smoking than the amount of vaping. In my experience, there's an adjustment period in there as you get used to acquiring the nicotine in a new way. It throws your "habits" off. I vaped like some kind of crazed steam engine for a while then, in time, settled into a routine. And, yeah, I remember it was around the time I switched from a "cig-a-like" to an eGo. On the other hand, not too much longer into that period, I lost interest in smoking. So I'd let it run, see where it goes. Give yourself some time.

Ive been vaping for a long while and I Vape anywhere from 10 to 14ml a day. But, I'm a chain Vaper! I lowered my nic down just so I could Vape all the time.

Same here. :D

(Edit: in fact, I say 6ml per day but it's been a while since I bothered to check. I may be quite a bit higher now that I went dual coil. I know I drain a 15ml bottle awful fast...)

I have read that my Russian 91% holds 4.5ml, I probably fill it with 4ml of .3 juice and that takes care of my 1+ hour ride to work. I then refill it and drip most of the day and use the Russian some of the day and on the drive home. I refill the Russian at least 2 times a day plus whatever I drip. 10 to 15 ml of .3 juice a day?

I say 3 mL, but probably closer to 4-5 since I switch clearos every now and then to change taste. I even leave 2 e-cigs on the desk so I don't have to screw/unscrew every few hours.

I'm on day 29. I vape like crazy in the mornings and evenings. Consuming about 3 ml a day

So I'm not abnormally low or high, thanks :D

Wow, great replies! Thanks you all!

I'm glad to see I'm not even near record vape consumption. I was a little worried at the fact that I had 3 analogs closely spaced together since getting home today (had 3 during the day), but it has calmed down a lot now. I probably just need a little time to adjust so I can space out the time between analogs better and keep it to no more than 6 a day. I did notice the same tendency during the last days: smoke a few almost in a row after getting home, then back to vaping with a steady pace.

Thanks guys!

I did that for a while myself. Have a cig, like, first thing in the morning then be fine vaping for hours. Or after meals. That was probably the last cigs to go, the ones after I ate.

I think it's because the nicotine absorption is really fast through the lungs. I read it can reach your brain in something like ten seconds. And for me, it was like needing a "hit" then I could "coast" with vaping.

Eventually, though, I ran out of cigarettes and just never bought any more. And that was a little over a year ago now. I suspect once I adjusted to getting my nicotine by vaping and my habits changed, I didn't need that "boost" anymore. Something like that.

I'm sure the last cig to go will be the one after dinner. There is also the ritual part that seems to be another part of quitting. I found I was missing that ritual on Sunday when I had only had 2 cigs in almost 8 hours.
