Is Provape in danger of becoming like Blackberry?

It is working for me and has been for 16 months now and that's from a two pack a day smoker for 45 years. They were about to put the last nail in my coffin until I started vaping. So I'm very happy with Provape and the products they make. 2 Provari's, 4 IB Tanked carto tanks and soon a Silo and I'm always sure my Provari will fire every time and I'm not concerned about battery problems as I buy only the real AW IMR batteries.

Smoking a cigarette is very very easy. Take it out of the pack, light it up and your set until the next cigarette. vaping to me needs to be just as easy and it is now. Believe me if a 30 or 40 watt mod offered me a safe and easy way to vape I would spend the money for it, but there is no need for me to go that route at this time. I didn't roll cigarettes so I'm not going to be making coils. Saving money by doing so may be great for others but after all I spent on smokes the money I spend now is a drop in the bucket.

What I've never done is go to mod threads and put down the mods other forum members use. I don't get the constant put down of Provari and I will never buy into how if Provari had more power I would buy one. There are lots of mods with more power so why pick on Provari?

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.....

I love it, Ping!
But you know what "they" are gonna say...

"There are plenty of safe 30/40/50/100 watt mods that work just fine!"
Of course, what they're referring to are devices that have been on the market for less than a year, or a tiny bit over a year...and very few of those devices have a brain and body made by the same company...the idea of which just scares me when it comes to this stuff. I don't mind using things that have components made by separate companies...but not when it's a potential bomb in my hand.
And smartphones don't count, because they have batteries designed for them, or are designed around the battery...
More often than not, it's the PROVARI FAN that states something along the lines of:
"There are plenty of devices to suit everyone's needs, so if you don't like a Provari, you can pick another."
As I said before, we are the ones playing defense...we aren't marching across the forum/community on a high wattage, sub-ohm crusade to convert or kill every other mod/vaper out there.
But because our defense makes the most noise against the armor of our attackers, we get the bad PR when it comes to mod talk.

Hey, just in case my posts came across as hating, I don't hate
Its what ever keeps you off the stinkies and I own a 2.5 than has been flawless
Just there is nothing to sway me to buy a p3
If I need another tube for tanks with the drop in price another 2.5 looks a more viable option
What I need though is more watts for my drippers
Not because they are low ohm but because at higher ohm builds that's where I need the power increase :vapor:

Of course, there is really no need for you to make your defense in a thread obviously intended as anti provari in one form or another. We all know you guys came in here looking for a fight....even if you won't admit it to yourself. Kind of like a couple of hippies walking into a biker bar. You know what's going to happen, so why even go there (unless of course you want it to happen).

I am curious how anyone can speak to the future of a mod they don't own???

I suppose it depends on where the market is going. If the current market trend is for high power low price box mods then the Provari is going to struggle and the test will be whether it can ride the storm until the trend changes in it's favour. There will always be people that like the warranty side that Provari offer but i have to admit that i can't see the justification for the price when comparing it to an eleaf iStick.

You are making a living looking for a fight. The rope a dope worked for Ali, but you don't sting like a bee. With so many mods with 30 or more watts available why continue the attack on Provape? If the Provari sold for $49.99 you'd be raving about it,

Of course, there is really no need for you to keep coming back to this thread, when you made such a big show about leaving.
If we are "looking for a fight", then you are obviously looking for a war.
ANYONE who enters this thread, does so out of curiosity. Are you saying you don't go into threads with YOUR favorite device's name in the title?
Give it up. Your shtick has expired. You are the only one still trying to instigate a fight.

Actions speak louder then words. As you few have been the only ones constantly attacking people in here from beginning to end, which you obviously came here to do, then anyone with even a little common sense can see the truth of it. I have not bashed provari here, yet my cape devices have been bashed numerous times by you people. I have been clear and succinct in stating what I wish provari had done with the p3 and why, only to be ridiculed, I even stated how provari could be the perfect mod for me with only 10 watts more, listing all of the positive qualities I appreciated about it..... More ridicule, from the same people, ad nauseam, down to personal level attacks. Your tactics are reprehensible, and any decent human being would feel ashamed for acting in such a manner.
I have no problem with seeing people list opinions of what they don't like about the mods I use. Why it's it so hard for you people to do the same? Does others opinions somehow tarnish how you feel about your device? I guarantee provape doesn't need your help. Unless you work for them, you have no reason to defend them so harshly, and no one who works for them would act the way you guys have. You few bring a bad name and image to provari users, the same way a small percentage of Harley riders do to that culture.
Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping.

How anyone can take written words on a screen, as a personal attack, is beyond me.
I didn't realize this forum would be rife with the same drama as Facebook.
You may not have a problem with "seeing people list opinions of what they don't like" about the mods you use, but you obviously can't handle it when people challenge your opinions...
If you've got the "right" to voice your opinion, others have the "right" to challenge it...welcome to the real world.

I understand why some people have no interest in a provari. I understand why other people love them. The diversity of human nature propagates through vape culture. The way I see it, provape makes devices as technologically advanced as they can while retaining reliability and consistency as well as possible within a reasonable (for high end devices) price range. Because of this, some cutting-edge features and functions won't be found in their devices (although they are innovative in other areas). Similarly, their business model seems steady and reliable, and less susceptible to some of the fickleness seen in many vaping trends. While they don't make what everyone is looking for, they have a large and loyal customer base (for good reason, I believe). I don't think they'll be going anywhere soon.

I'm sorry...
But...we don't allow these kinds of statements here. Your post must include something offensive, opinionated, and either an agreement or disagreement to something that someone has said, directly before you.

Personally, I just wish the P3 was smaller and that it was 22 or 23mm in diameter. That's really the only negative things for me about it. If it was 10cm tall, I'd probably buy it.

Are there other tube mods which are smaller? I have no idea. I do like the feel and size using the 18490 battery.
