up and down when you shake the spinner vision i can feel it slide when i shake it up and down not hard shakes soft
is the battery supposed to slide

I'm going to hazard a guess (I don't have a Vision Spinner, but 2 eGo Twists) and say no, probably not supposed to do that.
May want to fire off an email to the retailer.
Sounds like it works, but with continued movement a wire may come lose and stop it dead in its tracks.
