Is there a cheap way to cheat the voltage down.

I like the Ce2's. Thats fine for my VV mods. Is there a way to reduce the output on my 5v like dropping a washer in there or anything else without sinking more money into a already high end mod?

You could stop by the modders forum for some tips on making your 5 volt variable, but have you tried the 3Ω E2's? Some have had good luck with them on the 5volts. The normal ohms for the E2's are 2.5-2.6Ω but there are 3Ω ones now available. Check cloudsofvapor.com
