Hi,
My four hole atomizers don't work as well on the mini pipe as the two hole atomizers. I thought it was just me, but someone else said the same thing. What am I trying to "match up" when I connect the atomizer to the battery section? I realize this is not a matter of filling up two of the holes. Or, maybe it is, I don't really know.

Is there anything I can do to make my 4 hole one work like a two hole one? The janty atomizer I have is a two hole one and it works great. Every other 801 atomizer I have (and more on the way that are probably four hole) doesn't work as well at all. And, they don't even work on my KB even though I don't care about that-- I bought them to work on the pipe.

So, is there anything I can do? Thanks in advance.

I don't understand what you are saying.

The atomizer that comes with the mini pipe is made for that pipe.

Mine works just great, great vapor, easy draw.
I own 3 of the pipes, no problems what so ever.
I think you have a faulty atomizer.

No, I don't think so. I have four that act identically. But, I do have a two hole Janty atomizer that works great-- smooth, easy draw. These atomizers that came with the pipe have a really difficult draw, although it's better today than it was yesterday.

So, that's my question-- someone else on a thread I started about this said that his pipe acts the same way, so I was wondering if there's anyway to make these atomizers work like two hole atomizers. I doubt it, really, but I think I came across a post a couple of weeks ago that talked about this. I'd never find it now, though, so I'm asking just in case.

I have found my 801 atoms do NOT work w/ my mini pipe so I have found a supplier that sells the mini pipe atom I think it is the 888???? would not swear to it

Kendra--the holes are under the plastic lip that meet the atomizer threading. You need a magnifying glass to see them at the Noon, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock position. You can take a very small amount of calking and place then in two of these holes and let it dry to see if that works. The 4 hole has other design differences that also affect its perfomance, so remember it is not just the holes----Sun

Thanks for your replies, everyone. Well, my mini pipe is AMAZING now. I love it. IT's PERFECT.

I didn't need to make it into a two hold atomizer. I had to take the plastic band off. WOW, what a difference. Even when i had it loosely screwed on or just not-so-tightly screwed on, it didn't work, but removing the band DID.

And, I couldn't even remove the band-- I took a needle nosed pliers and tried to remove it, and then I took a really fine wedge and tried to remove it, but it wouldn't budge for me. So, I took the pliers and broke the lip around the screw part which is really two separate pieces held together to act like one piece. I hope that's clear. Once I removed the 'lip' part that holds tightly to the battery section, it worked like a dream. I was concerned the edges might be too sharp, but they aren't really, since they remain flush with the rest of the atomizer. So, even when I run my finger on it, it's fine. I wouldn't do that if the atomizer wasn't screwed on, but once it's screwed on, it's not too sharp at all.

If someone knows a way to pop off the whole piece, that would be great. But, this is working perfectly.

We should start a whole thread with mini pipe tips and sticky it. But, I don't have any tips-- I just keep asking for them! :)

Thanks!
