Is there any way to test mg level of liquids?

I'm on my second bottle of same flavor,brand and strength,but the second bottle makes my ears ring while the other I could vape much heavier without over dosing on nicotine.
They're two different batches for they have different dates.
Is there any way to test nicotine strength in liquids other than by vaping?

Have you changed devices or the way you build the coil? A lower resistance, high power vape vaporizes the e-liquid more efficiently, which would explain the difference in how it's affecting you.
