I don't think it's normal to vape nicotine unless it's an alternative to a smoking habit. Why would someone increase nicotine if they weren't addicted to it?
Hummm! I started at 12mg and now I go back and froth form 3mg to 6mg. I stopped smoking in 2012 after over 40 years. I have tried 0mg but, it makes me feel on edge all the time
I agree with so many others on this thread. Why become addicted to something? If you want to vape, vape but stay at zero. I have a friend that was a former smoker, quit several years ago. Got into vapeing, started at zero, then gradually went up now she's struggling to get back to zero.
Introduce her to subohm vaping, That is the easiest way to drop the nicotine level. She will realize that anything over 6 is too harsh of a hit and will quickly be able to wean herself to 3 mg, after that she will be really close to hitting 0 nic. In a week of sub ohming I dropped from 12 to 6 without even noticing a difference. Now I use both 3mg and 0 depending on my mood. I keep 2 different mods and 2 tanks loaded and just pick up which ever I want at the time.
