Is this ok to vape?

Hi all,

Just received some vape Mail last night. I ordered 2 bottles of the same eliquid in different nicotine levels.

One of the bottles is a clear , dark yellow eliquid with a safety seal on the cap.

The other is cloudy white -green like color and no safety seal. See pics

Is this safe to vape? Thanks in advance for your advice.

If the less yellow one is 0 nic that might be normal. nic turns yellow with age. I probably wouldn't use the cloudy juice. Just because... Safe or not, IDK.

That cloudy one has an Apple flavor, right? I've seen that more than once, with apple flavors. Should be ok. The cloudiness settles down. It's just a fresher batch.

If it doesn't have the seal, you should contact the vendor you got it from and request a replacement bottle. I wouldn't vape anything that didn't have the safety seal intact upon arrival.

I agree with the previous responses. I wouldn't vape it just for peace of mind.

I've found that some cloudy-ish juices are clear when settled. Maybe give them both a shake and see if the colours become more balanced?

But yeah, can't argue with any of the advice given above.

I would contact the vendor and ask these questions.

1. Why is there no safety seal on the bottle?
2. Why is it cloudy?
3. Can I return it and get a replacement? (They may not want it returned for safety reasons)

Show the pictures to the vendor.

Ok just contacted the vendor. They stated the the color of the liquid is consistent with their entire stock. They further stated that the seal may have broken during the shipping prep process. This does not solve the safety seal issue.

Don't accept that. Demand a replacement bottle or a refund, especially if there was no safety seal in the package it arrived in. Which vendor is this?

Sorry naming the vendor puts it into the negative reviews category. The topic is: Is this ok to vape. That is why it is allowed in General.

If the vendor is named, they cannot defend the product they are selling in this thread. Vendors are not allowed to post, about something they sell, in the general forum. This rule is in place so that our members can be sure that the experiences from other members are genuine and not 'marketing' from employees of vendors.

I've seen eliquids ranging from completely clear, to yellow, to dark brown. Cloudy wouldn't bother me. But the safety seal would. If it was broken during shipping, you should see the broken seal in the package somewhere. Do you?

Yeah, there are quite a few rules here
There's usually a reason behind them. Kinda makes it a bit more pleasant though while traveling through the corridors of the forum.

Ok, just got a reply from the vendor on my second email looking to exchange the eliquid. They replied that they are replacing it. Thanks for all the advice. I will be throwing the unsealed eliquid in the trash. Better safe than sorry

Always contact the vendor as the first step. If you don't get results that are logical and clear, then do a negative review in the proper forum. Read the stickies first as we do have to allow time for the parties involved to at least try to work things out.
