The vendor I purchase from does not have a seal either. Child proof cap? Yes. Seal? No.
Been buying from this vendor only for three + years.
I would be more concerned if, as in the OP's case, one had it and another bottle didn't. Or if the vendor consistently uses seals and then a bottle was shipped without.
That's just me though.
