Hi bombastinator

I am very concerned that you report you have received no contact after attempting to speak with our returns department via both telephone and email.

Could you please email me directly at product@totallywicked-eliquid.com regarding your issue? If at all possible could you also please provide me with any details you have or remember from the contact you attempted with the returns dept. For example, did you leave a message when you called? Can you specify roughly when this was? Could you possibly forward me the email that you sent to them?

I would really like to investigate the matter further and any information you can provide will assist me in this.

Thanks
Alex

PS For anyone else experiencing difficulty contacting our office please do not hesitate to contact me directly!

Hi, just to add a balance and answer the original question my experience with Totally Wicked has been a positive one. When I did encounter a faulty product I received a timely response to my email (1/2 working days) with instructions to return the item (address on website I believe) with an written explanation of the problem. A few day later a replacement part arrived. No fuss, shouting, arguments, wingeing or delay, just good customer service and adult communication.
I understand it may be frustrating for some when no response is provided and there is some immediacy but this company appears committed to resolve issues in a professional manner. Sometimes that's worth a little patience especially towards the end of a promotional period where they may have to reallocate resources to ensure orders are dealt with as quickly as possible.

I guess my problem eGeek, is that I've never had a problem with Totally Wicked.

In defense of the folks who posted regarding problems, it appears most are relatively new to vaping. It is a shame something fell apart and they didn't get prompt replies and help with their issue(s). We certainly don't want to chase them back to smoking.

Miss Wicked has been doing a lot of traveling lately. She usually watches these pages closely for anything like this and she is a wonderful "back up" for when things don't work as they should.

I'm confident she'll fix the problems for these people and will also find out why there was a problem in the first place.

Agreed TexasT. I have had disagreements with other suppliers in the past. Some I write off to experience as some issues with consumable items can enter very grey areas and some are worth the effort. I know what it's like to have a gear problem and worry a replacement or solution will not arrive in time. The alternative for me would have been to return to cigarettes. My point, no doubt badly put, was that Totally Wicked are a professional company that will resolve reasonable problems as fast as possible.
