Is this what they call flooding?

Bit of noob question but thats ok Im a bit of noob
The draw/taste on my 510 wasnt really doing much for me so I kept topping it off (it didn't SEEM to be pooling...) then when I vaped it sort of..dribbled out the bit between the atty and battery. And the taste was kind of..harsh too. I heard a bit of a gurgle and didn't think it sounded right. Is that what is known as flooding? It won't damage anything will it?
I really must try a diffferent filler or perhaps Im just over enthusiastic.
I must admit I got so annoyed I eneded up goin out for an analog

Edit: well I blew out the atty and it finally stopped dribbling juice all over my hand - seems to be vaping ok now but my tongue feels a bit raw so I cant really taste much cept the TH and vapor. I feel such a fool

you got it. congrats on your first flood. It will happen again, no big deal, just a matter of practice.

Just beware if you use auto batteries, you will clog and kill them. sealed manual batteries are much safer.

The joys of vaping. Yeah it happens but you will get used to it and the amount of liquid to put in.
Make sure you only fill cart till its moist on top and not pooling. If it is pooling just take a little of with a napkin it sucks it right off and enjoy.
When switching flavors blow the atty out good from the batt side and it helps changing flavors faster for the difference in taste.
If it comes out the holes by the bat blow out both directions but when blowing towards the battery make sure you cover the center hole on the bottom so it comes out the 2 holes only. Hope this helps......

The pTB one was a blank from cignot - and I have a feeling I do overfill in an effort to get a stronger taste - but Ive got some other juices on order (darn this no mail today thing) and maybe that will solve THAT issue. Thanks all!

I am one who frequently drips through the battery side of my 808 cartos and sometimes I take a long hit and get nothing at all but gurgling. I suppose this is due to the same flooding thing. I usually just blow through the mouthpiece with a paper towel on the battery end to fix that but thats not the issue here seeing as this is a 510 atty. Just thought id mention that I am not getting near the amount of vapor I need for sure. I just ordered my first 510 atty to adapt to my 808 batts in attempt to see if its just the cartos that are giving me problems or what.

What I have noticed is that I have been getting a substantial amount more vapor from my moms 901 atty and cart than with the same juice in my 808 cartomizer. I thought it would be the other way around. I am using High Voltage juice from nhaler. Just thought maybe someone here has an idea why my cartos arent vaping well?

Actually, you can start your own thread in the "new member forum". I use the 808 carts and have all the vapor I need. But then, maybe I satisfy easier.
