So will the existing Provari nation group, actually be moved to the social group section, or will there be a new group formed?

I guess I am thinking that maybe we have to have the group first, then maybe if there is enough members of the group, that then it can be made into a social group? I was hoping that The Ocelot would chime in, just wondering how it all works.

We have a "Group" in the group section, but the goal is to get a sub-forum in the Social Groups forum, like the HHV Army. I have contacted the Social Groups manager and classwife to make sure I had the right mod. She has sent our request directly to rolygate. I'm sure he is swamped right now, but our request is known.
I have no idea how it will work, but I promise you will know as soon as I do. I am on it.

From what i gather its a sub forum right? Is there certain topics being removed or the whole section? I don't see where that would be an issue moving a general topic over here, discussions, Photos ETC. We enjoy reading everyones comments and seeing everyones setups

Now is not the time to be posting negatives about the situation on any forum, which is happening some. IMO we need to give Ocey, Robin, etc time to work it out with Admin.

My post was not meant to be directed at anybody in particular (and certainly not at you). It was just a general statement based on some of the comments I've seen on a few forums. Was just saying the ladies need our support in not makng it harder for them, that's all, no undertones.

There is a sticky at the top of the ProVape forum to post pictures. You can also post them in the current version of the ProVari Nation. If you aren't already a member there is a link in my signature.
I will stand with you, Ocelot, in the quest for our own sub-forum. If you get an infraction let me know. There will be a lot of infractions around this issue. They could have at least kept the Saloon open until our new home was ready to accept all of us.
How long did it take the HHV people to get their area set up. I wish I had the proper computer skills to assist you. Alas, I am near clueless on computer stuff.

I'm a good widdle kitty.That would be playing favorites, since they shut down the whole APV Model Specific Discussions section. They also don't have time to go through looking at individual threads. The mods are overwhelmed right now. In addition to regular moderation of the forum, they have bugs to work out (like last post read) and if you didn't notice, even prior to the crash they have been short staffed. Classwife told me to just hang tight, which is what I plan to do - although I am sketching out some stickies for when we get our home.
I'm not sure how long it took HHV to get their sub-forum, but I don't think there were as many issues going on with the forum at the time, so a comparison probably wouldn't be applicable.
I'm so bummed. Had a super busy weekend at work, so I barely got to get on at all. Now it's my weekend, they've finally gotten around to the Great Shutdown. We lost a home to a storm once when I was a kid, and I remember staying with family friends and waiting while my folks worked out where we were going to live. Have a similar weird, disconnected feeling waiting for Occy & crew to get us settled in somewhere. No pressure or anything, Ocelot.

I know this is a situation that requires patience, that most allusive of attributes. And I know the good ECF admin/mods have bigger fish to fry. But I want it now.
