Last night, my hubby was watching me vape and said he wants to try - he is a clove fan, so I have him some juice coming!! I got him his own clearomizer too :) And it's green, his favorite color - said he wants to try quitting chewing again! **fingers crossed** and even if he hates it - LOL, I like clove too :D
Just an update!!! Hubby is vaping and chewing a LOT LESS!! :D Loves the clove and am a little afraid he may become a cloud chaser - LOL!! He is trying to fill up the living room with vape last night!! :O

My SO quit cold turkey, sort of, after I transitioned over to vaping exclusively. I was rolling all of ours in a machine at the end there but when I transitioned, she went back to buying packs. Didn't work out so well for her since she was always mooching off of my smokes to make it look like she spent less. When that excuse went away, she eventually just "quit". I say "quit" because she'll still bum a smoke or 10 off of other folks when we are sitting around the campfire or something but she doesn't smoke every day anymore so I consider that win/win.:vapor:

She decided e-cigs were not for her when she picked up my dry wicked mech dripper and gave it a hit one night when I was away... Yeah, YUM, dry burnt cotton... That's what these things taste like, honey...

My wife and I switched to ecigs together off of my urging based on health issues we were having. I am the one that is buying new stuff and she complains at first until she tries the new stuff I get for her. Once the rda's get here I have no doubt that I will be building coils and wicks for her. So much better than buying two cartons of cigs every week.

Significant is not a smoker and has never had anything to do with nicotine (i.e. chewing). I have been smoking for a short time longer than we have been together and he is the main push behind my transition to vaping! I have been wanting to do it for a few months now since I heard about it, but he finally gave me a good shove!

Honestly he doesn't seem to mind my bad habit, but I know he is going to really appreciate this switch. As will I. :D

And since he likes gadgets and stuff, he said he might get into vaping with no-nic juices. He spends more time browsing units and accessories than I do!

Edit: "Since I heard about it" - Let me rephrase that. Since I decided it would be a good change. I have known about Ecigs since Blu started coming around, but I thought that was really all there was. I had no idea it had this massive community and suppliers! It's great and makes me more confident in this switch. :D

He is still vaping!! I got him a Vision Spinner 2 and some juice he loves from the new vape shop! He finished off the last of his snuff today - waiting to see how he does! :)

That's great to hear. I hope he can stay off.
He is doing good!! A little craving after dinner tonight, but he is getting through it :D I had a funny feeling post pizza was going to be his catch....I got some flavor ordered to mix him some watermelon....seems funny to go from snuff to watermelon, but that is his thing :D

I was a 4 pack a day smoker for a long time. A social habit turned to a smoking alone habit. Wife was only a social smoker. I vape zero nicotine liquid now and the wife occasionally vapes, but she is always 0 nicotine.

I am just happy I can vape in the house and car without making everything smell of nastiness

I started vaping, quit smoking (2PAD), wanted her to quit and vape as well. She smoked very little and was very private about it. I didn't push her at all and after a coupld of weeks she said she wanted her own equipment which I had already ordered for if/when this happened. I ran out and picked her up a really simple Orbit Escape to use until her equipment landed the next day. That thing is tiny, like if an EVOD and an EC had a baby.

Coincidentally, my mom had already started using ECs independently, but after seeing/trying a simple VV battery with a tank, she decided to upgrade to a tank system herself.
