I was actually looking to make something almost identical. What type of box did you use? I think I read that the REALLY small one uses a 2 X AA box cut and re-glued smaller? What did you use as the "atty tube"? Is the purpose of that to catch the dripping instead of allowing it to creep inside the box?
Even without going micro-PV, can something similar to the one utak3r posted be done using a 1 X AA box?
Is there a clever (read: extremely simple, but decent-looking) way to use a mechanical switch in lieu of a momentary pushbutton?

It's in my original post....make it. Cut out 25mm + from the box and epoxy it back together; file, sand, paint, and then mod it out like a regular box mod. Madvapes has the 14250 batteries and boxes. If you want longer than 2 hours vaping, use a 2 AA box and run them in parallel.
If you want to go larger, use a 14500 box; there's a LOT of great creations folks have made using that battery and box here on the forum.
