Issues drilling out air holes for Nimbus

Anywho, I'm having one hell of a time drilling out the holes in my nimbus, I have a cobalt drill bit but it's still not really making any progress, do I need a higher speed still or just still until the battery dies a bazillion times?

I went to Home Depot and bought a few different size drills (3/32 7/64) when I did mine. I used a highspeed hand drill.

With a nice sharp drill you should be able to make the hole in 5 mins for both max

If your drill is just spinning and not doing anything.... You probably need a new drill.

The best way would be to use a drill press.

Some of my local B&M's offer this service for a fee, maybe yours do too.

I actually work at the only b&m for miles around, and its geared towards making the transition into vaping so no help here. It's probably the drill then, super cheap Walmart one. Probably need an upgrade. Thanks for your time

Also did you start by drilling a smaller hole then a bigger one? I'm going for 5/64 maybe I should make a smaller hole then widen it

On my Nimbus atty I went from the stock air hole size, straight into a 3/32

On my IGO-W I drilled 3/32 first and then to 1/8...

No one around here Carries carbide drill bits! I just want to blow clouds already! Damn things called the nimbus but with the stock air holes it performs more like the slight overcast.

What is it you're tring to drill, aluminum, steel, titanium? I can probally help you out, also what size drill bit did you want to finish at? I don't know a damn thing about vape but trying to learn, but I can cut metal.

Thanks for offering, I actually finally got them drilled out.

Turns out I just needed a vice and alot of pressure to get the drill to bite into the metal instead of just spin around.
