Are you using the Ni temp control heads in power / watt mode or in temp control?
What is the nic mg/ml of your juice?
Is the e liquid inflow adjusted properly?
What air flow setting are you using?
What power range or temp are you using?
I tried it in Temp. Control at 212°F (thays the lowest you can go) I'm using 3mg E-Juice, I have all my juice holes open. I used medium to fully open airflow.

It is a direct lung inhale delivery device trying to mouth to lung will cause hot / harsh vape. Not enough airflow to cool the vapor.
I know you said you primed the head but it takes a lot more than one or two drops.
A few un powered primer puffs is always a good idea.
Because your using Ni / temp control heads best to stay with temp control mode.

Why is 45 w the lowest you can vape?

I did about 10-15 drops until the coil no longer would soak up anymore juice. I prefer more airflow I keep the airflow open all the way. I am using my aspire nautilus mini on the Mod right now at 4.3 Volts and it works just fine. I seriousluyu dont know why it's coming out so harsh no matter what I do

I'm using it in Temp Control Mode only, I cant get it to work, idk i might just trash it and use my nautilus mini on it only
It's very aggrivating that it won't work and every time I try to vape it I just get a disgusting harsh throat hit and its hurting my throat trying to get it to work. I don't understand because I changed coils because I figured that might be the issue, but it's the same. There's so many you tubers that use this and says it's great but I can't seem to figure it out

I'm stuck at why you say 45w is as low as it will go. It will adjust 1w ~ 100w.
Sounds like you're trying to adjust both modes, at the same time.

Just set temp, don't even look at the watt setting.

I wouldn't put much faith in youtubers, the 3 I tried to use came with low quality batteries and seemed to fire way hot, like it didn't/couldn't down regulate.
I'd say yours is probably working fine if it isn't scorching / burning the nautilus.

Best to try a different temp control delivery device on it if you want to use the temp control. The one it comes with is so so.

I have been trying it in Temp control mode at different temps it seems like no matter which temp I'm at, I still get a super harsh hit. Im using my nautilus on it in Voltage mode and it's doing fine, unfortunately I don't have any other tank compatible with Temp. Control. I just have my nautilus and this one that came with the CigGo T

You can't use the same inhale technique when using a direct lung hit type delivery device like you would a nautilus or it will be hot/harsh.
You have to move large amounts of air through the chamber to keep it cool.

Direct lung hit ( what came with the Ciggo) vs mouth to lung ( nautilus) are two completely different methods of vaping / inhaling.
