I think it's a great tank and easy to use, and that think won't leak if you shove it in your mountain climbing boot and scale everest. I can't speak to coils, at that point in my vaping I just took whatever my son handed over and attempted to use it, LOL. I think 0.4 is a reasonable starting point for sub-ohming if you are into that. I'd start slow with the wattage, I ended up vaping it about 30-40 watts, and that worked out well for me (sort of, I'm more of a MTL gal and stopped using it completely once I got my Nautilus 2). It's super easy operation, it will drink juice and eat battery power however, so I'd advise having spare batteries to carry around and spare juice, and make sure your nic isn't too high. I do think it's a great vape, and I used it fairly regularly until some other gear arrived. It has lots of pluses, esp if you like DL. I know some ppl were talking about the CLeto 120 being great, but I haven't tried it....

Thanks loads Anna, much appreciated.

I too am a "MTL gal" and in all honesty can't see myself filling a room with clouds on a daily basis. Lately I've been lusting for something a little different...for occasional use.

Might even consider the Nautilus 2 you spoke of...I have to Nauti Minis which I use daily.

Decisions, decisions...

Cheers!
OH FOR CRYIN OUT LOUD! Just realized it wasn't Anna replying! So sorry stols001...apparently I need a LARGE cup of coffee this morning. *sigh* DOH!

....I am batting a thousand this morning...stols001...Anna...one in the same.

I'm going back to bed and starting over

@anna , you mention the Cleito tank -- I've been strictly a MTL-er for almost 2 years and recently had the opportunity to try the Cleito...I quite liked it! (First DL hit ever!). Would you recommend the Cleito for a first time DL tank? And, .04 coils? I currently use a Nautilus X (mostly)but finding the coils (1.8) have a short life span.
Thanks!
I'm not a sub ohm guy at all but the cleito is great, the flavour is best I've tried from a sub ohm tank :)
I still use my NautilusX and nautilus mini's much the same as you.
The triton mini is good too, the Kabuki & I believe the vika fantasy is good although I've not tried it! Any tanks that take nautilus coils are good in my book.
I use the 0.2 coils at 60 watts if I fancy using my cleito & use the NautilusX at 13 watts but I find the x coils last longer than the mini coils.
I'm glad someone else likes the x, I don't understand why it's so underrated. The 1.8 coils are great.
The nautilus 2 has better airflow but I think it's a pain to fill.
I also prefer the x cos there's an extension kit to make it 4ml :)

The extension kit...YES! I don't use the 2ml at all. I agree, the X is underrated; having said that, I have 2 in rotation...sort of. The black one works like a charm and is mostly what I use all day. The silver one has given me nothing but trouble; constantly gurgling no matter what I do. I've taken it apart, screwed, unscrewed, cleaned, fiddled...works about 50% of the time.

Have you had issues with gurgling?

ps - I only use 1.8 ohm coils

There's only one tank that did that and it was the cubis pro. My NautilusX has always been fine but only had it a couple weeks! Before that was a 4 year nautilus mini user :)

JDK, it's not you. My user name is stols001 because the name "Anna" was taken. I answer to most things including (occasionally) curse words, so you can call me whatever you want. :) :) Sorry for your confusion, online I go by Anna because it's my middle name, and I have forever, but stols001 works just fine though it's a bit harder to type.

I think my Nautilus X is great, but I have to find a decent nickname for it because my fingers fumble too much. The t/u/i keys are too close together on the keyboard. NatX sounds like a civil rights biography. I could go NautX I suppose. Although I do giggle a little every time I type out NaughtyX.

I'm befuddled I'd not noticed "NaughtyX" and, well, how naughty it sounds. I must be slipping! I will now though ...every time I peck at the keyboard.
I'm puttin' a cork in it right now and backing slowly out of the room.

Yeah. I've just been calling it the NaughtyX.

Buckvape, I get most of my supplies from Nicotine River, but I like Nic Salts. I got everything I needed for mixing including tons of VG at decent (it seemed to me prices). I think I got Nic River flavorings as well, at least that's how they're labelled. I like the mixes I've made and I'm super light on the flavoring. Like 25 drops, not 20%. If you read up on some of the DIY threads, it'll be easy, and plenty of people, I am sure, will be happy to recommend other places. Nic Salts are more expensive but I think Nic River sells regular nicotine for less. Just don't start out crazy high on the nicotine. I started with 100 mg/ml and that seemed reasonable to me, you also want to make sure you have storage options and it was recommended to me to divide my nic and put it in glass bottles before storage, so that you can defrost 1 at a time and not constantly be refreezing then freezing, so that's what I'm in the process of doing. I wear gloves and a mask, but I'm just naturally cautious (most of the time).
