iStick TC 100W powering on automatically

Hello, i recently bought an istick TC 100W. For 5-6 days everything was ok, but since yesterday whenever i am trying to power off the device, it is staying for a few seconds off and then is turning on.
Also, when it is powered on (with the screen off), after 5-6 minutes the screen goes on, like i am putting on a battery.
I am using 18650 batteries and specifically LG HG2 (20A, 3000mAh).
The problem remains with or without the atomizer.
What can i do?

As I have a few of those, being my and my wife's daily mod that I've had for almost since they came out, I've (and my wife being a klutz, has dropped hers multiple times)yet to have any problem.

Have you checked your batteries on another mod?

Otherwise, you might have simply have gotten a bad chip, sucks, but happens. (though not very often with this mod, it's been a very solid one for everyone that I know that has one).

The only time I've had a mod go weird on me, was due to a battery that shorted as I was putting it in, and eventually, the board fried.

You might try to do a firmware update... maybe just a corrupted chip that might reset with doing it.

Is the button under the battery cover working correctly? It's not getting stuck or has ejuice on it or anything?

I would check about a return

The processor chip appears to have become defective. As medleypat said, contact the vendor while it is still under warranty. I don't recommend using this device any longer, as you can no longer depend upon its protective circuitry. Remove the battery.
