Check the chimney oring. If it looks good its probably the wick. As you slide the coil in it rubs the oring moving the wick to one side of the juice hole. It's a pita. I always close the airflow when not using it.
I wondered about the wick dragging as it goes in. Stuffed it back in the hole and put it all together. I shouldn't have to close the air flow but I will. So much drama for a tank. Don't have to do this with my STMs. And I use 90vg/10dw.
I agree Paul. It just isn't worth the effort. I love my STM's and for the money there are tons of better choices. I just got a Lemo2 and for 20.00 it has just been a pleasure to use.
Vaped half a tank, closed the slot and went to work. Came home, opened up and I can see liquid in there. Took about 10 minutes at 30w to clear it out. Still can't believe I can run a coil head of 1.7 ohms at 30 watts.
Tomorrow I'll try turning it upside down when I leave. sheesh
..funny thing ...I tried blowing thru to clear it out after filling tank as suggested. ...musta blew out about a 1/5 o the tank...but lo n behold.afterwards.....fer once it didn't leak all over me.
Wasta good juice.
I don't thinks its possible. At least not on the IsubG I received. All I managed to do was tear a tiny piece off of it which effectively rendered it useless(they ended up sending me a new one (old version)).Oddly enough the original version that supposedly had leak issues has not leaked a drop since I got it but it doesn't get used much anymore and will probably be retired very soon.It does vape very well when you get it dialed in just like every other tank I have but I would never trust it away from the house. I consider myself a good wicker but this one can be a challenge.
