Just call them "cigs," leaving off the e- if you're referring to tobacco. That's short, quick to write and specific enough.

Personally, the term "vape" doesn't sit well with me. Sounds too much like "rape."

How about "fog" instead? As in, "I got a lotta juice, you wanna fog?"

Cigs works for me or "smokes". Can't remember how times I was asked to bum a smoke.

Maybe we want to get away from the term cigarette when talking about the PV. Most nonbelievers look at it as the same, separating the PV from the term cigarette entirely might be in our best interest.

I wonder if there is a list of slang for the word 'cigarettes'? Seems to be a lot of nic names (pun intended) for them.

Cigs, smokes, shmokes, fags, coffin nails, stink sticks, cowboy killers, oral fixations, etc.

I thought 'analogs' was funny and cute but it's not a big deal. It doesn't cause the spell checker to underline it in the dread red squiggly line like 'cigs' does, so that's one plus. Otherwise, it matters not as long as I'm not buying and using them.

It is ten times as pretensious as Steve Jobs! Bono is less of a ......... than that term. And it does not even make sense! AT ALL!! There is no rhyme or reason behind calling them that.

It is more annoying than if Jar Jar Binks had a kid with an Ewok and a fanboy pretending to be a Klingon!!

That single term I bet has driven off hundreds of would be members.

I for one am about ready to haul on out of here -- prob will not be missed, but still, I like to help sometimes -- if I read that term again.

I actually like the term "analogue". I think it separates us from smokers to have our own lingo. Sort of a solidarity thing.
