Itaste VTR Low Battery error

So my VTR has started doing two weird things. First is a new fresh battery will not display the green battery indicator just yellow or red. Its not the batterys cause one of them is brand new and they last for hours. And the second weird thing is when i swap batterys the new one will say Low and turn off my rig. This happens unless i leave it out for 20 min. after that i can use it fine. Anyone have tips on how to fix this? Oh and I did check to see if any crud was inside in the connectors to the battery and there is not.

What kind of batteries are you using and how are you charging them?

using the samsung 18650's flat topped and charging in my intellicharger I2

My VTR started having battery issues. Sometimes it would make connection other times it would but turn off randomly. You would think being so beastly it would be more reliable.
