Guys, be sure that all people that experience this noise on Ithaca and they dont like it will be supported by me as usual. I will make shorter nuts and I will pay the cost. Its a huge amount of money for only 1 person but I will pay it. I just cant see not satisfied people just because of a small noise

Thank you Torq my good friend. After sales service is more important than sales for me. I cant hold out seeing people with an unsolved problem and I try to solve it when I can
Try to get that kind of service from a Chinese Clone!

Imeo, thanks on behalf of the group. You're the best

After many experiments I understand that we dont need a shorter upper center post nut guys.

The gurgling that sometimes occurs and to only some people, is a result of burned liquid as Ali said. While the liquid gets burned, very tiny drops of liquid goes all over the ceramic and 1 of them goes inside center post. Its not an overflooding, its just a tiny drop of liquid that can be removed easily by bumping Ithaca as I did on my video.

Aal, I had the same effect with 1,5mm wick at the end of tank. Channels of Ithaca require at least 2 mm of wick as we all know. I was just trying to make more coils. I saw a difference in the begining but finally the vape was the same. Maybe it was just me and not Ithaca.

Imeo I didn't understand what u mean by the same effect on 1.5 mm wick?

I see that people with "problems" find one by one the way to adjust Ithaca in the right way. I am glad for you Black:)

As I have said before, Ithaca is full adjustable and everyone will find what suits to him. Its not a static atomizer, its alive

I absolutely agree with you. When you fully understand how it works it's amazing.
I have ithaka for month now and did lot of rebuilds but always on 3mm wick.
It works perfectly almost on every setup but had sometime gurgling, leaking or burned taste as I tried BF, closing/opening nut and playing with liquid control.
Now I try to remove one strand from 3mm wick so have 2.5mm wick now and it's best I have ever smoked :D
Currently I have BF open on both wicks, closed liquid control and it catch up my 100% VG juice without any problem on 0.6ohms.

I wrote this already, but thanks Imeo for this great atty :) I use it almost all time from when I got it. Definitely worth the money :)

When you first get Ithaca in your hands you dont know exactly what to do or what is the setup that will make you happy. But this setup is there and you just have to search for it. Ithaca gives you all the tools you need to do your vaping life wonderful

Planning to pre-order an Ithaka, which extra parts would you guys and gals propose that I should get from COV (I was thinking a set of o-rings, glass window, Insulator, plastic nut, ceramic holder and the 510/drip-tip adapter). Will these spare parts be readily available later on if I need them?

(FYI - I contacted COV with some questions about the parts on Friday, but they never replied back. I would have looked elsewhere, but COV is the only authorized GG dealer in the States so I don't have another option.)

I would get a couple extra ceramics instead of the housing. And 2 or 3 insulators, center post ad pin

And you are always better off getting it while it's available because you never know...

Definitely best to order anything considered to be a wearable part. This includes o-rings, ceramic housing plastic nut, clear window, insulator plastic, and ceramics. And good luck hearing back from COV. Best to PM Justin on here instead.
