Just something I've wondered: Is the o-ring around the part that has the basic feeding slots supposed to be loose? Mine is pretty loose... it doesn't seem to be causing any flooding or anything (although I've been having a weird wet o-ring around the center post.. no leaking though) - just didn't know if it was supposed to be tight or loose.

I actually don't think I have any spare Ithaka o-rings either.. which reminds me I should go get some! CoV is out unfortunately.. does anyone else have a spare set they could sell me?

That o ring is not actually necessary sub.

Received my first GG product today. After some initial flooding of my ithaka its working great. Must say my kayfun is going to get jealous. One question though what is this part? Like a threaded insulator or something. Came as an extra piece.

its a smaller nut to replace the nut inside the ceramic for people that get this "gurgling" like effect with the other one and this fixes that. So youre replacing this part with that one...

yeah its really not flooding tho. Its just the original nut being too big which makes the juice trapped to the sides or something like that. I forgot how Imeo explained it but that new nut should definitely fix it. It did to mine :) give it a shot

Yep. Gurgle is gone. Thanks for the help. And thanks to Imeo for including the smaller nut. The gurgling would've driven me nuts.

Ya this was my first time setting up my ithaka. I closed the auto feed channels from the start and was starting with a single coil set up. Followed every direction I could find to the T. Can't remember ever seeing anything about the taller nut though. But within a few minutes I was gurgling like a flooded carto. Took it apart, cleaned it all out, double checked all the connections, filled it back up and within a few minutes there was the gurgle again. Changed to the short nut and been chain vaping all day. Hasn't gurgled since. Using 30/70 pg/vg juice. Guessing for some reason juice was getting right into that taller nut and into the air intake. Guess I could've tried arching the coil up and away a bit to give it more clearance but the smaller nut seems to have solved the problem. Loving this atty though. Glad I managed to get ahold of one. Better vape than the Kayfun imo and that's just on a single coil.

It does not gurgle that much (when it gurgles) with the long center post nut, maybe the center post was loose and you tighten it when installing the small nut.

Any way, good to hear you solved the gurgling problem on your Ithaka :)

I will install the short center post nut on my Ithakas and will try to use the longer ones in Odysseus and Penelope (just to experiment), I think it could be a good addition to both atomizers.
