i have the popping out of the screw issue. But if i spend 5 mins more i can make it right. So not an issue for me really just a preference.
As much as I have wanted to see Imeo move to get rid of NR wire, now I'm feeling nostalgic.
Is it still a GG if it does not have a ceramic and NR wire?

but its difficult to put wire via holes Cobra, especially when you have small room to work. There is a much easier solution to this. Maybe I can make it on next batch. It would be nice for microcoils but not very easy for regular wires
You can wrap ribbon around the screw. It's not the easiest. But it works.
Or you could put slots in the side posts similar to this with screws from above for round (Bad pic)

Cheers Imeo. Nice to see this becoming available.Only Ithaka
Imeo I would say make at least 1000 pieces for starters, they'll sell like hotcakes

I kinda hate to say this because it may delay this in coming out but here is another idea for you. How about making the individual posts shorter. And make the screws longer. Then put a small spring and a washer on it. Then you could trap the wires with the spring and washer and not need silly things like holes or screw drivers ect. I know part of the reason you waited to make something like this is because you didn't want people to have to use tools to make (even though micro coils require loads of tools). Just a thought.
As for the hole no hole debate it is kinda big Some people hate the holes because it is hard to thread the wire through them. And if you over tighten the wires can break. Some only like holes because sometimes when you wrap it around the screw if you screw it down the wire catches the screw and either messes up your coil or pops off the screw. The other method with springs and washers probably has it's own drawbacks as well including requiring more space and springs wear out.
Just some food for thought.
I have a couple attys with holes in post to thread through - I am not a fan of that at all.
It is difficult for people that dont have perfect eye sight or steady hands. Just my 2 cents.
Just my opinion Fright - I have had enough of springs and washers on genisis - people have moved away from them - PIA
You say that screwing down posts sometimes messes up the COIL/WIRE - the reason this happens is because people wrap the wire on clockwise, then turn screw clockwise - this pulls the wire.
Wire should always be wrapped on counter clockwise - so when turning the screw clockwise it wont pull the wire.
For people who use flat wire - it wont pop off below the screw if it is twisted thinner before putting on the post and screwing down.
