4500 Ithakas are out there right now so 500 pieces is a funny number. As I said, its just an experiment. I have to make at least 3000 pieces.

So lets see how this will go and I will soon start making more

If you end up making 3000 maybe it will be economically feasable to give us mouthpiece options?

Cobra is right the trend now is holes in the pins easier when using fat wires. But not that important for me.

not because it is the trend
so I've used for a long time
I like holes (hmmm);)

no joke
.but for anyone over 40 like me is better without holes
the other side
holes are more versatile (for me):toast:

Yes it is Cop, when ever you want you just use you original rebuildable part.
But there is more to it then this.
The way we fill the juice,
The way we use our comfortable air control ring,
The fun to work with juice control,
Those features are like no other,
it a GG signature all over the device
I don't know yet if I always will want to use this new rebuildable part
For all my Ithakas or my all juice,
I just want to have the option, maybe for cotton setups or something els
Or micro coils, but I have big quantity of pre made wires so making new coils
On old rebuildable part are no time for me?
Will see,it just fun to have all option available,we were not use to that ever in one device.

but its difficult to put wire via holes Cobra, especially when you have small room to work. There is a much easier solution to this. Maybe I can make it on next batch. It would be nice for microcoils but not very easy for regular wires

I kinda hate to say this because it may delay this in coming out but here is another idea for you. How about making the individual posts shorter. And make the screws longer. Then put a small spring and a washer on it. Then you could trap the wires with the spring and washer and not need silly things like holes or screw drivers ect. I know part of the reason you waited to make something like this is because you didn't want people to have to use tools to make (even though micro coils require loads of tools). Just a thought.

As for the hole no hole debate it is kinda big Some people hate the holes because it is hard to thread the wire through them. And if you over tighten the wires can break. Some only like holes because sometimes when you wrap it around the screw if you screw it down the wire catches the screw and either messes up your coil or pops off the screw. The other method with springs and washers probably has it's own drawbacks as well including requiring more space and springs wear out.

Just some food for thought.
