I kinda hate to say this because it may delay this in coming out but here is another idea for you. How about making the individual posts shorter. And make the screws longer. Then put a small spring and a washer on it. Then you could trap the wires with the spring and washer and not need silly things like holes or screw drivers ect. I know part of the reason you waited to make something like this is because you didn't want people to have to use tools to make (even though micro
coils require loads of tools). Just a thought.
As for the hole no hole debate it is kinda big Some people hate the holes because it is hard to
thread the wire
through them. And if you over tighten the wires can break. Some only like holes because sometimes when you wrap it around the screw if you screw it down the wire catches the screw and either messes up your coil or pops off the screw. The other method with springs and washers probably has it's own drawbacks as well including requiring more space and springs wear out.
