In a way, getting the Ody V2 will not be a "compromise" it is considered by many the "BEST" You will not be disappointed. I have 2, actually 3 if I put together all my spare parts. I love it, as anyone that has one does. Whats cool is that most of the Ithaka parts are interchangeable, and you can upgrade by getting the Ithaka parts you think you might need.

The minor changes from Ody to Ithaka are capabilities to do dual wicks etc. You have an extra air control, but really I dont feel the need and I use my Ody on a non-GGTS and cant imagine any better experience. I chose not to get Ithaka as I love my Ody.

I did get the new mouthpiece for Ithaka so I can use it with my own collection of drip tips.

Bottom line: GG products will be available. I started and still use an Ody v1. I have a used Penny coming, and now an Ithaka. As long as you have one of any of these, you will be satisfied.

We did not try Ithaka yet I think that will be number ONE… even in the comparison with Ody or Peny…

2.5, 3 or 3.5 can be used. You can also use 5, wrap your coil and then in wrap the ends of the wick to go down the 4 channels.

I don't think the mouthpiece that accepts a drip tip has arrived at COV as yet. 510 connection, yes

yes , the optional mouthpiece for drip tips was on the original pre-order aside from the Ithaka. Ithaka will come with the 2 different bases and the proprietary GG mouth piece. For some reason on the orginal description for Ithaka it stated that it would come with the drip tip mouthpiece. Imeo stated it comes with the reg GG mouthpiece. Im sure once the extra parts come in the mouthpiece for drip tips will be available again.

Maybe Bruce wanted to sell his extras before the shipment Benny. I didnt really involved on this desision but maybe he wanted to avoid too many people at once in his site

Any word on e-smokeguru getting ours to ship out? Seems like this COV pre-sale defeats the object of pre-ordering all that time ago..... People who pre-ordered aren't even going to get them any earlier than someone who orders now. Something official from Imeo would be nice to hear

Imeo what you described is the cooler vape. The warmest you can get is screwing both to the max I guess.
