Twitt, dont leave loose the center post. Tight is as much as you can and then align it as I did on my video. Loose center post will bring problems and maybe shorts. Center post was not made to be loose.

Thank you for your nice words about Ithaka. And I am very glad that are totally satisfied with it:)
Thanks Imeo, for the incredible creation.
The Ithaka rocks and runs like a steam train. Good flavor, very sturdy, easy setup and adjustment, beautiful slick design. The best vape around and with some air/liquid adjustments handling all my favorite liquids.( various VG/PG mixtures)

I read in a previous post that some have an electrical short at the center post to the ceramic holder.
I had the same problem. I wanted to let you know that this happens sometimes when you tighten it too much. All you do is loosen it slightly and move it towards the center. I also found a bur right at one of the screwdriver notches at the ceramic holder, leaning towards the center post (about 0.3mm across the length of the notch)
Not a big thing, removed it with ease.
Ever since no more shorting out.

I mainly wrote the above so others can look out for what I saw.

Overall, this piece of art, is by far the best atomizer ever.
I know you will try, but I'm not sure if anything better can be made. :)

Lovin'it,

Move the nut that is inside ceramic to a place where the 2 holes of the ceramic are visible Ry:)
Anyone care to explain more about the ability to have any excess liquid to be fed back into the tank? I think I understand all the other changes (compared to Ody). Just don't really understand how this one works.

I will not change the preorders style buddy. GGTS and Stealth would be sold without preorder style only because thats what we have already said 1 month ago.:)
Imeo, the problem is not with pre orders at all. This was a communication, judgement error, mistake that will hopefully never happen again.

Pre orders are great in that I can pay and know someday I will get it. There are far too many people trying to profit off the modders creations and those profiteers tend to get their hands on stuff and new people or fans miss out, or have to pay extra to the profiteers.

I would ask, not to change the pre order. In the past it has worked out with COV, this time a big unfortunate mistake happened. It appears it went well with esmokeguru this time! :)

Please please please do pre orders for GGTS, Stealth and all new stuff! :)

It's official. I won't order from COV until Imeo will change the vendor. If nothing will change - I'll be done with GG in general. Sorry, Imeo, but I can't tolerate this BS. I understand - you'll still be selling GG anyway, one buyer is just like a drop in the ocean - but I'm sure I'm not alone. Maybe it was fine 2 years ago - these days it is a lot of new stuff that anyone can switch to any day and feel pretty much no difference. Most likely I'll ask for the refund for my pre-order.

Tark, I am very very concern for every customer. I dont care if its only one or one thousand, its the same for me. I know that you are a fun of GG series, I know that you cant miss the best just because of a vendor and I know that you are talking like this because you are ungry right now. But you cant lose a friendly forum, a wonderful service, a great device just because you dont like a seller. But even if its like this, you know that every problem has always a solution. You just use for your purchases another GG ventor:)

I have stopped partenership with a lot of sellers for less reasons than this. I am very martinet with the way things has to be done. But I think that Bruce is a nice person and a good seller. First he did a mistake, then he tried to correct it with another mistake. He didnt handle well the situation but his last responce was not bad at all I think. This is all human. We try and try and sometimes we always fail because we cant see clear and we cant respond properly.

Bruce didnt steal anyone, he didnt delay shipment on purpose (vapefest couldnt wait). He was ok to what he did but he HAD to inform you about his moves. He had to ask you kindly if he can delay your orders 2 more days because of vapefest.

I make mistakes too and I am trying to correct them. Bruce did the same. He was a little late for sure but he did what he had to do. Next time he will be more careful as I see it. If not, then you have the right to stop buying from him.

Thats only my opinion and thats how I would react to a situation like this

So Cali
It is very much improved than Ody that's for sure :D that's why I ordered another one. My favourite juice is Grants vanilla custard and I've tried it twice with two setups and its still the same burnt wick taste (I have to say, it's not a disgusting burnt taste lol), few of us have found out that not all juices go with Ithaka but I could be wrong. It's still early days and will try different setups to see what the outcome is. Maybe it just needs a different setup. I'm using Gorilla juice and it tastes awesome on Ithaka. I will keep you up to date with the outcome.

Thanks Imeo. Loving my Ithaka

i too am having mixed results with gvc..vapes great but taste is not there. i am running single coil twisted 28gkanthal with dual wicks at 1.3ohms. i tried igvc in carto and ego twist and flava much better. will be experimenting 2nite with other juices and diff coil setups

Tark,
Imeo's right. I just made an order with e-smokeguru that I would normally have made with COV. It has been my experience that a SS GGTS with one of the GG atomizers is simply unbeatable in my humble opinion. If you are unhappy with COV just go with another vendor like I just did. I'm a happy owner of two GGTS, two ody V2, two Penelope, one UFS and soon to be two Ithaka's. The only thing right now is I need at least a couple more GGTS's (for now) to go with the other GG atomizers but I'll have to wait(it's worth it).

I wish I could say I never made a mistake or error in judgement but I can't. Sometimes brainfarts happen. Forgiveness is a divine thing which separates the good people from the truly great people.

I hadn't ordered an Ithaka originally on preorder because I already own 6 Ody's, 2 Pene's and 3 Drippers. I didn't want to get into new parts nor did I think anything could ever surpass the Original Ody, the device that re-wrote vaping as I know it today.

Never the less, I think I will order one on COV when they pop up.

Have a great Sunday

Imeo,

i never had the pleasure to know a person who cares more about his customers than you. That is simply great.

Tark,

please think about it one more time. The issue with cov is kind of ugly. But hey ... we are talking of GG. Every time i am rebuilding the ithaka, i think of the great construction. Please don't leave this behind.

Hi Guys!

I have a technical question!

Is anyone having light gargling with the Ithaka?

after 2-3 inhalations I feel this disturbing gargling

I did already different settings and all end up with light garglings which never happens to me with Ody!

I oponed the 2 holes from the ceramic and I also let them closed, but same result!

It seems some liquid is running through the center pin...

am I the only one having that? it' annoying as I have to regularly remove Ithaka from the mod and "dry" it...

Thanks for your feedbacks!

Twitt, dont leave loose the center post. Tight is as much as you can and then align it as I did on my video. Loose center post will bring problems and maybe shorts. Center post was not made to be loose.

Thank you for your nice words about Ithaka. And I am very glad that are totally satisfied with it:)

Imeo, sorry , maybe I wasn't clear. I do not mean to leave the center post loose. I mean tight, but not extremely over-tighten it. I always had a tendency over tighten, and snapping things off. I probably could crack the ceramic if I tried. Classic, just like the saying, "Not knowing your own strength". Lol

To all a great day.

Imeo,

I just unscrewed further more the adjustable brass center pin as you mentioned that "liquid" would be there trapped and it seems that the gargling is almost gone! at least to a level I can deal with it without getting mad!! similar to what I experienced till now with my Ody!
After 10 minutes vaping no gargling!!! Uha! now I can enjoy!
At least I hope I found out the fix!!

it could be that the place where the liquid is trapped is bigger and accpts more liquid without gargling or now it can runs down...
