Has anyone had success wrapping a 2mm Ekowool wick for the Ithaka? I did a single coil x-wrap with the premade wire and the juice control is almost wide open but I keep getting dry hits? Maybe Ekowool is not the magical wick I had hoped it would be? Good thing I just bought 15 meters of it.![]()
Good afternoon Imeo, Does the Ody standard tank fit and is it a similar height to the Ithaka tank parts? Maybe people would prefer the solid 1 piece Ody style tank on their Ithaka?
Vaping Ithaka now. Great atomizer, just gotta get use to how much bigger it is compared to ody or peny. Ody and peny may still have to be my out and abouts for now.
So far I have only tried single coils. 1 coil, about 1.5ohms, with 3.5mm wick going straight across the channel, and then bringing 4 strands to the other channels. Vaped ok, but coil because I am guessing the air was not passing over the coil
Second coil, single again, about 1.3 ohms, 3.5 mm silica going diagonal across channels, again brought 4 strands of silica to the other channels. Better, vape slightly warmer.
Not sure what my next build will be, single coil with two wicks, or dual coil with parallel or X style.
If I do parallel dual coils do the coils have to touch?
Also, unrelated question, when will more stealths and/or ggts come to COV? Really would like to make this my first mechanical.
Imeo. Would it be possible to make the threading of the adjustable positive 510 pin in reverse on next release? With the current threading, the adjustable brass pin goes in when ithaka is tightened on a mod.
Edit: Found a solution.

Does it happen to be Rhodium or Palladium?
So on an impulse I decided to pre order an ithaka as my first gg purchase. I mostly use genesis attys but I thought I would give gg a try. Long story short I got sick of waiting and picked up an Odysseus in the classifieds and I must say I am impressed with the flavor. The Odysseus just got me more excited for the ithaka. I just got my shipping confirmation from cov and I can't wait to get it.
When screwed in a mod, the adjustable part screws in also and loses contact with the mod positive pin because the thread turn in the same direction. Why would you want to do that? The pin is made loosely adjustable so that it turns and ithaka would sit flush on the mod.
For those who wants all steel ithaka tank...

Hi Imeo, yesterday my Ithaka arrived home, I was out of town, so until today that I can make the 3.4 ohms dual "X" coil with my Ithaka, so this baby is amazing, the flavour is the best, but the TH is too much for me then I'm thinking to make some liquid with 1mg nicotine and only VG, because I always use 75% PG and 25% VG with 3mg nicotine.
So my Ithaka is using 2 coil X at 1.7 ohms and works great, so thank you again Imeo, as I always said YOU ARE THE BEST AND ITHAKA IS THE BEST ATOMIZER EVER.
Thanks again, Cheers
Imeo, I don't care for juice cracking window, but don't foget, all metal ITHAKA on SSGGTS is sexyyyyyy !!!!

Yup that happens when I unscrew and screw back in to mod. Not really an issue.Thats not possible just. When connection is established then there is no way to lose contact. Except you unscrew Ithaka and screw it again on mod
We need the NR wire to connect the edjes of the R wire. Then we connect the edges of NR wire to the poles of Ithaka
