short answer: yes

I love the zapper. I have a spark-o-matic from Pancho on VP and keep a couple practice pieces just for playing. The crackle and pop is addictive.

I'm waiting for the opportunity to get a welder. We will be watching TV one night a week. Pop, pop, pop.....
Now, where is that welder. :D

basic feeding serves 2 purposes aal. First is to change the temperature of smoke. The second is to make a not heavy vaper to vape without adjusting anything. Ithaka is the only full adjustable atomizer in the market but it can work without adjustments too.

Ithaka is an all in one atomizer and for every user. A totally new user can operate it very easy and also the most experienced user can do the same but putting the adjustments he wants. Eay and complex at the same time.
Imeo correct me if I'm wrong. Basic feeding is not useful if you use mouthpiece to control liquid. Any liquid coming up from basic feeding will merge with the liquid coming from opening the mouthpiece. I see it is to be used only if you plan to keep your mouthpiece closed.

Imeo... as I like a cooler vape, I set Ithaka's basic feeding ring so it sits "higher" (less threading left for mouthpiece)
but doing this... also the juice control opening sits higher inside the tank: in my actual setup it sits at half the clear window height

not a big issue, everything works fine, just I have to refill more often. so... what about an optional mouthpiece with a taller air chamber instead? ;-)

your capacity is reduced to 3 ml insdead of 4 like this pl, you are right. Its still a good capacity but I am sure that you are a heavy vaper, so you need more liquid inside. Thats why I am making more upper tubes and the telescopic mouthpiece so you will be able to have the capacity you need. Also with telescopic mouthpiece you will be able to make your Ithaka very tiny in case you want it like this:)

I fully agree with you IMEO. ithaka is the best atomizer today by far (Penelope and odysseus come second lol). Just wanted to understand it better :)

Imeo are you saying telescopic mouthpiece can also become smaller then the regular one we have now?

yes aal.

You can make your Ithaka smaller even now by removing the upper body. But the mouthpiece will not open more than 3 mm like this because of its stopper. Its not a small opening but maybe people want to open it more in some cases. Thats why I am making the telescopic mouthpiece and with an adjustable stopper too, so people can put the stopper in any place they like and of course to make Ithaka smaller. Also we will be able to put 2 more tubes on Ithaka so the capacity will be increased by 2 mls per tube. The final result (and if we put the maximum of 2 more upper tubes), is that the total capacity will go up to 8 mls.

So the telescopic mouthpiece will let you make your Ithaka shorter than now and bigger than now. Also this mouthpiece will work on Ody too that has smaller body. And it will work on Ody in long mode too.

Also aal, this mouthpiece will be adjusted on the fly. That means that you will not have to empty the tank to adjust it in a new length. You will only unscrew the small cap to let air leave and you will make it smaller or longer in 2 seconds.

And with this new mouthpiece we will be able to refill Ithaka from the top cap without the need of a syrigne so we will solve fright's complain too:D. That will happen because the stopper is adjustable as I said on my previous post

You will do the right move for sure Cooper. As for spares, I would buy 1 set of o-rings, 1 clear window and 1 or 2 ceramics
The more I read on the Ithaka, the more I think I'm gonna pre order one from COV. It sounds pretty easy to use for a newbie to rebuildables. What are spare parts I should order along with the Ithaka?
