Imeo correct me if I'm wrong. Basic feeding is not useful if you use mouthpiece to control liquid. Any liquid coming up from basic feeding will merge with the liquid coming from opening the mouthpiece. I see it is to be used only if you plan to keep your mouthpiece closed.
Imeo... as I like a cooler vape, I set Ithaka's basic feeding ring so it sits "higher" (less threading left for mouthpiece)
but doing this... also the juice control opening sits higher inside the tank: in my actual setup it sits at half the clear window height
not a big issue, everything works fine, just I have to refill more often. so... what about an optional mouthpiece with a taller air chamber instead? ;-)
basic feeding serves 2 purposes aal. First is to change the temperature of smoke. The second is to make a not heavy vaper to vape without adjusting anything. Ithaka is the only full adjustable atomizer in the market but it can work without adjustments too.
Ithaka is an all in one atomizer and for every user. A totally new user can operate it very easy and also the most experienced user can do the same but putting the adjustments he wants. Eay and complex at the same time.
your capacity is reduced to 3 ml insdead of 4 like this pl, you are right. Its still a good capacity but I am sure that you are a heavy vaper, so you need more liquid inside. Thats why I am making more upper tubes and the telescopic mouthpiece so you will be able to have the capacity you need. Also with telescopic mouthpiece you will be able to make your Ithaka very tiny in case you want it like this![]()

Stealths first, pleeeaaase! ;-)
The more I read on the Ithaka, the more I think I'm gonna pre order one from COV. It sounds pretty easy to use for a newbie to rebuildables. What are spare parts I should order along with the Ithaka?

You will do the right move for sure Cooper. As for spares, I would buy 1 set of o-rings, 1 clear window and 1 or 2 ceramics
