Are the proteomics batteries better then the red aw imr ?

There have been some serious tests done by batt experts on these 2 and the difference is minimal. I run both and have had nothing but great results.
In fact I've hard shorted both of these batts and they not only held up and didnt fail, they came thru perfectly fine and are still in use.
There is tons of batt info here in that section of the forum. My signature/banner will lead you there if interested.

Yeah that's a good idea. One person told me not to worry about my cinnamon flavor (It's "Cinnamon Danish Swirl" from Capella flavors.. for DIY juice) - but I will probably test it on my tank.. I would hate for it to crack but I don't use it anymore and would rather have that break than my Ithaka!

Still, though.. I wouldn't mind getting the steel window for Ithaka.. I wish I stayed up to date on it before, but hopefully I can snag one from CoV - anyone have any ideas when they will be up?

Only the red hot, big red gum style cinamon cracks tanks. Bakery style does not

I emailed Capella and they said no one has reported the Cinnamon Danish Swirl cracking any plastic, and another guy in the DIY forums said not to worry about it.. but I'm still a bit iffy... I'll have to test it on something else.

I think it's always wise to do your own testing. You can take others advice or recommendations as a guideline and a general rule, but....it could just be your luck that someone, somewhere changed the recipe and ...... heartache.

The posative post has some wiggle room where it goes into the ceramic housing. That said I wonder if the pin is crooked or just off perfect center. if it is just off center then it should be semi easy to move it to center.

Ahhhh in that case I would skip that test and inspect the parts with my digital 200x lighted microscope and look for anomalies.

Hmm, I must say I'm a bit confused about this announcement... I thought Imeo said there would be plenty to order and that the new flat top Stealth/re-threader combo would be available. I followed that link and it says out of stock and only shows the rounded edged top?

From the beginning I was getting good results from my Ithaka but nothing really to brag about, but all that has changed since I got up the courage to go down to .5-.6 ohms, dual side by side coils of 32 gauge, 2.5 mm silica with an extra piece of 2.5 inside the coil and the side channels are thinned to about 2 mm. Basic feeding is closed, ceramic drains open. Outrageous performance now, I've been using this same coil(s) for almost a week with a few dry burns, just fantastic.

I thought it was 1000 units. Honestly though I think a pre sale announcement would have been better. I also think all the vendors selling at the same date and time would have been better. would have stopped the rushes. As it is wilth all the vendors selling at different times and them all being more universal it promotes flocking to one site at a time and gives resellers the ability to stock up at each vendor. this is all jmho though.

For me, this is not the way to sell these. Either presale for me or I buy somewhere/something else.
