it's been 36 hours and I have yet to return to traditional cigarettes

I really can't believe how good I am doing with my new e-cig.

It's been 36 hours since i received my first e-cig in the mail and i have not touched a single cigarette since. I am so grateful for stumbling into this community, without your guidance I would probably still be overwhelmed with how big this market is - I had no idea where to start.


my first setup: 1000mHa ego-C / vision ego stardust clearomizer + some really tasty juice.

what's even more surprising is i have not even finished my first 1.6mL fill into my clearomizer. I've been a pack a day smoker for years now and i was pretty sure i would be going through e-juice like there is no tomorrow but this stuff is really lasting a long time for me.


really hope i can keep this up.

Congrats... it is THAT easy... (was a 1+ PAD smoker..did it just like you are)

TIP: Get and keep (on hand) spares of all things you use. (Battery/batteries, Atomizers/Cleromizers/Cartomizers...and juice).. all things wear out/get used up, and never when it's convenient (this tip is based on personal freak-out experience.)

Congratulations you are doing great. I am at one month today and still cannot believe I am not smoking. After 46 years I never thought I would quit.

Even more surprising to me is that I only started vaping to see if it could help me cut down - never actually planned to quit. I have also give credit to ECF and all the great information that led to me getting my eGo Twists and some better ejuice. Hugh amount of support and great advice - especially to always remember it is the ones you don't smoke that count the most

I totally agree! it had been 2 or 3 days before I even realized That I had not had a cigarette. Now I don't even think about them. This is coming from a pack a day Camel non-filter smoker.

Congratulations! I started almost eight months ago without planning to quit but by day two, I was no longer interested in my regular cigs. Haven't had one since. I have a lot of different setups, including a Provari, but the one I use the most is my e-Go twist and a stardust. I've tried a lot of cartomizers and tanks and stuff, but I always come back to the stardusts. I'm glad you found a setup that works for you.

Congrats! That's awesome!!! I had my last cig 12/12/12. I still have a pack of unopened cigs. Go us!!! I'm having the best time mixing juices that are so tasty. The weird thing is...walking or standing by people who are smoking or just cut a .......they smell! I can't believe I stunk like that. After 36 years, I'm done.
