Well, first off, if there was a serious issue with either at 6V someone would have said something, or there would be people complaining, and I've not heard that. The only issue I would see, as a chemist, is VG turning into acrolein at high temps. It has been found to not be produced with regular 3.7V PVs, even "true" 3.7V PVs, but I don['t know about 6V. The thing about acrolein is, however, even though it is "bad", you will know right away if it is being produced, as it will make you tear and your nose burn a lot. Its a very strong lacrymator (stimulates mucus and tearing). So get some VG, put a few drop on the bridge, and see. Don't worry, you will be able to detect it at levels far below what would be required for damage. If it vapes smooth and causes no problems like what I described, I think you are good to go.
