I only got word tonight from the wife that it was a go, I scored a full figured Black Palm:)
I had others on my list, that moved higher than the Black Palm, however it was the one I fell in love with over 6 months ago, and when Rob announced that it would be back in this run I knew it would be my last chance for it. Karen has shared so much info with me and I'm really thankful to have the one I said forever ago I wanted, meant to be:)

You'll have to come to the Atlanta Reptile show and we can show ours off to each other!

It's late, fatigue is closing in... but I gotta ask; How does an Oak Woodvil w/ Plunger just sit there on Sale Night for over 30 minutes ? I was under the impression that the plunger mods were rare, or is there something I don't know..

Heck, there's plenty I don't know.

I totally missed it or I would own it. I had no idea there were plunger versions this time. Congrats!

Yes. The plunger is in place of the squonk hole.

A plunger is good for arthritic hands and to not make as big a hole in the wood for squonking. Maybe it sat there to give users like that a chance to get it!

Then I Qualify ! I thought it would've been one of the first to go...

I wasn't sure which ones I wanted when I opened the site tonight, how many I was going to get, or even IF I was going to get any.......I don't actually NEED a new REO.....I already have......several, let's say. BUT when I saw them flying off the shelves I got all caught up in the madness, slipped into Ordering Ninja Mode, and pigged out. I'm on such a high right now. With all my indecision and total lack of serious planning, I couldn't be happier! I know now that resistance is futile and that if I am seriously not in the market, I MUST NOT even look. I also know that the ones I got are totally meant to be my babies and come live at my house. Did I mention that I'm happy, happy, happy? Thank you, Rob. You are an artist.

I too was surprised at the lower demand for curly oak, it has beautiful grain. I had some curly oak further down my list but snagged the cocobolo I wanted. Maybe curly oak next time.

An awesome one :). Any cocobolo REO is off the chain.

I can hardly wait to photograph it. :)

The fact that it takes an 18650 - hell yeah. I'm all in.

Wonder who got cocobolo #104?? That was mine!!! :) Got my ladies 18490 first then my turn but was too late!! oh well, happy wife_ happy life.

Five minis and twelve 18490s left.

It's very difficult to not get a cocobolo or a matching lace, so I would appreciate someone who doesn't have one stepping up. I don't like to threaten, but if I wake up tomorrow and see one I am buying it.

<<< Sorry, already bought my Cocobolo. Otherwise, I would gladly "help" out a fellow Reonaut!

I have to keep reminding myself that I do not NEED a third one and to be happy with the two I have!
