Well played, sir.....but we ain't falling for that old trick.
It don't get much more exotic than cocobolo with a yellow flame running right through the middle of it!!!
This cocobolo batch will go down as one of the most sought after run ever......

By the time these babies get finished and have their true beauty shots you'll be ready to kill for that mod:evil:
Remember the start of hunger games.......
The swap thread is gonna be as entertaining as this thread after the battle:p

LOL. never thought of that :)

cocobolo, like lots of wood comes in incredible variety of colors.
First thing that comes to mind is how people think "oh poplar's not that exotic, but it comes in some incredible purple/bluish/greens:)
Rob only knows for sure, but it looks just like the ones right next to it with white streaks, only slightly darker (yellow in this case)
and further to the left same row, more cocobolo's with now light colored streaks, but some amazing purplish/reddish hues. Incredible:)
I was at an art/craft show Friday and ambrosia maple was featured everywhere (local wood N.C.) it is gorgeous and looks a lot like spalted maple. It was in such abundance, our cabin was stocked with it for firewood:shock: and some of the pieces I heated our room with had dark brown and grey swirls in the light colored maple.
You know what they say if you have to ask, you probably can't afford it.......I'm hoping between 170-190 depending on the wood:)based on the last 18650 and mini woodvil's
Read through this entire thread, lot's of questions answered here:)

 Yeah, normally it'd be outta my price range, but I've been saving for my 6 mo. vapeversary (12/3) slash Christmas present to myself. I don't really know much about the different types of woods, but I do like the deeper, reddish hues, and I like a nice strong contrasting dark grain.

I'm reckoning $200 for the mod. Then i'll need a couple of RM2s, so HRH uses those rather than stealing mine. If you have no wood mods already you can add some more for microfibre cloths and Howard's wax. Then a nice little stand to put them in....

Might all be paid for by Xmas 2014!

HRH shows no preference for the woods just yet, but i'm sure that will all change as they near completion.

A standard wood mod will be $160 . When I say standard I mean jatoba walnut regular oak . The more exotic stuff will be more . Black palm expensive and really hard to work with . The prices will vary from one mod to another . I have always been more then fair with pricing for wood mods .

That, I can handle! Kudos for keeping some affordable options in there, I'm pretty excited now. Was thinking if the woods were outta reach I could always go for a Grand (not that there's anything wrong with that), but $160 is definitely doable!
