There is nothing to stop you doing sub Ω on a woodvil or a grand. Just be aware that the spring seems to suffer at about 0.4Ω, so as long as you are above that - you're golden. The limitation on a mini is different because the batteries cannot typically handle the power output a good 18650 battery can.

Gotcha. I was talking about robs new sub ohm kit he is coming out with.

No the sub ohm kit is for the mechanicals, the Woodvil have a different design and they don't use the same firing pin

i think it's horses for courses. Woods look better but will obviously not take anything like the abuse my metal grand will. They all vape well.
