That is quilted maple. It's hard for me to tell with the light colored woods, before they are finished, but I see a couple strong possibilities

Don't forget to mention what a total dog R41 is to work with: welders gloves and pliers required, but it sure lasts. I have a 0.6Ω coil in one of my RM2s that is going to take some beating.

In the past woodvill runs, did Rob give a heads up on ECF before they went up on his site? Or was it simply a surprise and a resulting free for all? I'm not even picky at all, I just want to be able to get a chance to own one finally. I don't care what the wood is or even the model! The demand is so high and the supply so limited, chances are they will only last a few minutes I would think...how has it played out in the past? Should I just set my expectations low that I likely won't get one, or are chances pretty good if I'm online when they go up that I have a chance?
