Here's a compilation of the Woodvils at home-
2014 REO Woods - Imgur

Tapatalk and my computer aren't communicating very well today, so I'm missing quite a few...most of MoN's, Un5table, Gigdujour :(
And Mamatried's pictures were being ornery too, so they stayed in his album.

*places held for Raynman, Ian444, Papa_Lazarou and any other latecomers.

Wow Della, what a lot of work you went to. Thank you for doing this, how fun to look at all the beauties. It's so awesome to see them all together.

The part of Canada that doesn't get enuf Snow :(
question: do the Woodvil's run hotter than the metals? I can't use a metal drip tip, or else feel the heat big time!

Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk

The woods will fire the same atty a little hotter. They have a little less resistance than the metals do.

 Thanks everybody! It was a lot of fun to really get acquainted with everybody's new beautiful wood. I can tell you the owner of each Woodvil without looking at the avie now.
Still have to go through the Bragbook and the Woodvil threads again to pick up the tapatalks I missed....might not happen for a day or two.

Jen, thank you! you have done an amazing job. My mind was just blown, I thinke all the chatter between pics keeps me from od'ing.
I love it, I must now go vape the black pearl! Your cocobolo is my favorite that's not mine;)

Okay, so may be a stupid question. What is the advantage of the modded bottle setup over the stock? Next question, isn't it more hassle to fill he bottle sliding the tube in and out vs. unscrewing the top cap of stock bottle? Please enlighten me as I hate be miss out on any juice delivery improvements!

I did this mod on my VVW because I was using it with my Cinnabomb and it swells the o-ring after just 6mls of juice but I don't think it's any easier then just screwing the cap on and off and I think I'm gonna switch the juice I use in my VVW to something less destructive so I can change back to a screw on cap just my 2 cents :)

I'll clarify - the mod itself does not get hot. the RM2 gets hotter, as well as the drip tip, than the same RM2 ans drip tip being used on a metal Reo.

I was wondering the same thing as solace, and whether it was normal or not. Nice to know that it's normal, and I'm working on remembering to not touch the attys!

I was on the fence about the oil vs poly since my VVW is poly and I love it but I have to say all you bare wood lovers are correct the natural free is over the top!

I used to love ss tips then I got my 1st trippy tip, even bought another but that 1st 1 is my favorite tip. I try to use others, even other trippy tips but it only lasts for a few and I'm back to that 1. Some day I will get another that feels the same, until then I just hope I don't break it!! lol

Here's a tip I commissioned for my purpleheart/birdseye 18490! If anyone else thinks they might like one like this, I know they have enough left to make one more!

Striped Purple Heart and Maple 1 11/16" tall

And a video... because they're fun. The lighting yellowed it. Sheesh.

Wow that's nice. I think I may need a purple heart tip for mine. Where did you order it from?

My bad - I thought I put it in the original post, but I guess I didn't! Molehill Mountain Art Drip Tips. Just PM Kayte and tell her you'd like one like rabernet's.

The great thing about them, if you don't like what they create for you - you're under no obligation to buy. They want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. I've turned down a few that I've commissioned, and they've happily re-done it for me. They sell quickly anyway, when they post them up for sale in the threads, so one person's "reject" is another person's treasure!

Same here. Lava juice will destroy O-rings...and lungs eventually. :( But soooooooooo good.:)
