why isn’t everyone up in arms about their piece on banning vaping on 6 o’clock news today.
Same old stuff about the USA and other countries banning but not a word that the deaths were not from vaping over the counter juice.
They know all about this but choose to make it sound like all vaping could kill you.

Because it's British and most people here have never heard of ITV?

Same old stuff about the USA and other countries banning
Including some outright lies:

Only one US state has banned sales of all vapor products and that's a temporary ban that expires in January.

They know all about this but choose to make it sound like all vaping could kill you.
Well, indeed, it could. So could a bee sting, but it's pretty unlikely. And the risk depends a lot on what one is vaping. Personally, as someone who only vapes nicotine liquids that I mix myself, I'm not terribly concerned, especially since smoking really was (slowly) killing me.

Because the US is facing actual prohibition legislature, as well as negative and untruthful media spew.
Rossum, just because it's not American doesn't mean that a quick google cannot reveal it's meaning. Incidentally it would be very interesting to know the breakdown of ECF users nationality.
@classwife is this data something that one of the admins could pull off the backend of the site and publish?

I didn't see this. Hopefully you have complained @gayhalo ? I did put a complaint in to the BBC on their news. coverage early on (they haven't had anything since but if they do and it isn't correct I shall complain again). I have also complained to a number of UK newspapers about their articles. It may not stop it - but at the least we can try to keep them accountable (and honest!) With the BBC you need the time comments were made / item was presented and name of programme or else they can't look at compaint, not sure about ITV - probably a good idea to keep a pen handy when watching TV.

Sorry...it's not something that can be done as a location is not a mandatory thing
