This is my first review, so go easy on me here!

At around 2:30 pm Monday afternoon, my mailbox gave birth to a brand new, beautiful Little Sister. And even though I am an only child; I wish that all little sisters were more like this one!

After browsing around debating on what new toy to pick up last week, I stumbled upon boxmods.net. Never really being a box mod kinda guy, I was intrigued by the L.S. VV. From there, I conducted a little research, watched/read a couple reviews and decided I must have this.

I'm sure most of you by now, are aware of the features this little cutie has to offer. If you don't, I'll run them by you once more.

The Little Sister Variable Voltage Box Mod is quite a little gem. She (yes, I'll be referring to her as a she) offers the vapor a range of voltage to choose from; starting at 0v (off) though 7v (I believe) and comes with a 510 connection. The voltage can easily be adjusted by a small dial located on the front of the mod. While there are no specified marks at which you are tuned to, there are 6 small notches along with a small arrow on the dial to identify your voltage use. Simply turn the dial clockwise; 0 starting at 5-6 o'clock all the way up to 12 o'clock (7v).

It runs on two 10440 rechargeable batteries, and is available in 7 different colors (Black, white, blue, red, green, pink and purple). I went with white.

The shaped itself is about the size of a standard Bic lighter, which initially turned me onto it. I wanted a small pocket friendly device to use while at work, and I gotta say, I'm ALMOST excited for work this week. (Mostly the vaping part).

The battery life is decent, and certainly packs a punch. While I have not actually vaped at full force yet, I've been quite content at (I'd say) 4.5v-5v.

I would definitely recommend this device to anyone who is curious about VV mods and is looking for a less expensive way to get started. Ken did an awesome job at crafting these and his customer service is amazing. He answered any concerns and questions I had and got back to me no sooner than I could get back to my inbox at Gmail. Shipping was stellar as well. I placed my order Thurs night, it shipped Friday afternoon, and as mentioned I received it Monday afternoon.

Overall, the Little Sister is quiet a delight. If this Bic-shaped Box Mod WAS an actual woman, I would take it to dinner, buy her a drink and then some. For the sake of this comparison, she is NOT my little sister but someone else's and looks alot like Naomi Watts. (I'll refrain from further details)...

LOL all sick fantasies aside, I absolutely recommend this PV for sure.

I "adopted" one from the classifieds and got her this weekend specifically to see if VV was right for me. I have a volt meter and I intend to make small marks and see where my "voltage sweet spot" is, and if it changes with different juices. I'd have to say.. for newbies, this is the most cost-effective way to play with VV prior to taking the plunge on one of the higher-end models.

One word of caution and I pretty much expected this. Watch the heat production on this little plastic unit. I found that when I got to a place I liked and took long/multiple pulls, the atty transfers the heat to the top of the unit quite quickly.

Pic attached shows the sis with dial placement through some vape production.

I love her so well I now have twins. The only negative issue with this PV is the little batts only last me about an hour. But, they're small. . .I can carry many of them in a small space. I got her to try VV, she convinced me to pre-order the ProVari. You ain'ta gonna carry many spare batts for the Pro. . .but then, most won't need too. JMHO

Cheers,

Roughly, how long can you go before recharging?

Well, fully charged batts lasted me a 10hr shift yesterday. Of course that's from only taking sporadic hits here and there, with about 30 minutes of vaping during lunch. :p

For comparison, my Mega ego battery (900 mah) would last me around a day and half of good vaping (atleast a FULL day from morning till night... EASILY). These Trustfire batts are 350 mah; so I'd say atleast 3 maybe 4 hrs of vape time for me.
This weekend they be put to their true test as I do not work.

I did find that I tend to vape a little less with higher voltage though.

Hi:

I'm very happy with the LS for performance. Cute mod, small and easy to use. My only disappointment is I ordered a pink one about 2 weeks ago and it's losing the pink finish. I contacted Ken and he said it could be repainted - so I'm sending it back today - my new purple one arrived in the mail yesterday.

The batters on the original LS lasted about four hours and the new cool version (my purple one) should last even longer. Will post after I have used it for awhile. Just hope the finish will last..........

Enjoy, Laylaa
