The Big Male Pink Salmon develop a definite Hook nose, a set of nasty teeth on the front of their jaw and a Huge Sail or Hump on their back. The three fish on the left side of the bottom photo show the hump some what.

The Good Lord has given me a wonderful Salmon Season so far this year and I have been able to spread the wealth with 8 Senior Citizens and their spouses who desperately need food, plus I have also helped out 5 other families that are down on their luck due to the poor economy. Now I'm again starting to fill the shelves in my freezer for this winter. We will all eat quite well during the next 12 months if I continue to catch fish like I have been.

and yet they look so lovely on my dinner place grilled & plenty of lemon squeezed all over....yum yum. A real case of lookin' better dead (& cooked) than alive in my book
