Hmm... I'm not sure, Dave. I was able to get one into a cart.

Just for the heck of it, which size were you trying? I'll try the same, to see if maybe it's an inventory thing.

I finally got one into a cart and went in another browser window to look up the discount code. When I got back my cart had cleared and the site went back to the British currency mode. I'm thinking I don't really need one that bad. I've been through the script one too many times. I even went into an Internet Explorer browser thinking that FireFox wasn't compatible. That's when I was able to get the item in the cart. That cleared when i changed browser tabs to look up the code again. I think it was ECR69, but didn't want to take a chance on screwing things up with an invalid code.

I'll fiddle with it later.

Check to make sure none of the mandatory fields need filling. I think there may be one or two that you need to select, "No Thanks".

I don't like that you can't pull out the battery. I hope they change that.
It seems to be only on that 2 Jac special. Could be wrong tho so don't quote me. lol

eta. ooppps.....it seems to be adding a battery to all orders per the website. And your are correct.....will not let you remove the option. sry should looked before inserting foot into mouth.

Seems that Jac Vapour's site doesn't like Firefox. I switched to Chrome and the site woke up and was glad to see me. Before that, I couldn't add anything to the cart.

I finally got through the order procedure with $17.07 shipping and the ECR69 code netted me a $14.94 discount for a total price shipped of $76.85. I spent an hour or more there. I couldn't get items in the cart until I created an account. Once I did that, everything went fine. Go figure. I was able to pay using Paypal, but that was slightly awkward compared to the streamlined script with U.S. vendors. Dealing with a UK vendor was definitely not as easy as going to fasttech.

I got the Series B dna 75W Sandstone kit, just the mod with a battery. Couldn't delete the battery. Shipping estimate is 7-15 working days. China's typical ship to the East Coast is about the same.

I had to do that early on, but no dice. It's certainly something screwy.
Put the discount code of ECR69 and see what changes for you. It started to behave a bit when I did it the other day. I know you do not want 2 but that does bring the price down to $60 each with batteries included and free shipping. Paypal will charge a fee for foreign currency exchange.

On my order, all they said when it shipped was 'order complete'. I had to contact thru their website for a tracking number and asked about the shipping company they used and mentioned the batteries. They replied back quickly with a tracking # and the name of the shipping company.

I just checked my email and there's a receipt and a welcome letter from Jac Vapour. They were paid in pounds from Paypal. I have a receipt from Paypal and Jac Vapour.

Did you change the currency to usd on the Jac's website? Maybe that's it. All I know is they charged the **(!@& out of me. lol

Paypal said they sent Jac' xyz in pounds but charged me extra. Is there anything on your receipt that says anything about the conversion rate?

Yep, did that early on. Looks like Paypal added on about $2.50 for their services. There's a note on the bottom of the receipt from Paypal that says, "PayPal makes money on converting currencies". At least it's done and on the way! ;)

Glad they treated you decent. And glad you got the website to work for you.

Thanks, I could have placed orders on a dozen U.S. vape sites in the time it took to place one on Jac's site. Foreign site earning curve, I guess. They need a U.S. based web presence mod when a user selects U.S. currency. I'm sure they'd benefit if it was tweaked by an American web site designer.
