I think it's safe to say that even our most corrupt government officials know better than to turn millions of people into criminals with the stroke of a pen. None of the executive orders or proposed legislation comes close to doing that with the possible exception of sanctions on kids in posession and even seeing that enforced should be interesting.

I agree that legally it seems totally possible.

Realistically? IDK there was no "Big Hemp" lobby to fight.

Although... I honestly don't know much about how/why/wherefore like, MJ got legalized and etc., it's something I sort of blindly accepted but never sort of... looked into.;

ALSO we need the right state. Something with nothing else going for it. I am thinking Iowa. That has the Corn Palace I think? But that's about it. I may be wrong. Iowa pretty much sucks but I would pilgrimage my way there like 2 to 3 times a year JUST to support their economy and vaping.

We need to compile a list of the poorest states and like, propose this to them and make it the Biggest And Best Mecca of vaping of all time, kind of like what Las Vegas is to gambling..

I think that this is kind of self-scare question is pointing the laser beam in the wrong direction. The entire industry is in the cross-hairs and businesses are already closing. While questions about some sort of across the board prohibition are in the dim and murky future, the peril for these businesses and all of the people who work for them is not. We need our own lobby, and we need to actively push back. But you (big tobacco and idiot government) are not going to take my vape and turn it into your brand new re-purposed cigarette by making the device tamper proof and filling it with your poison.
