Hey guys
So im back from the first cold ive had in 3 years.. lasted 30 hours and then 20 more hours to recover. I really suck at being sick (like most guys).
Anyway, I just wanted to chime in on this one:

again-no it doesnt.i think that warranty is for faulty/dead goods, not diminished ones.
i know there are many variables, but im sure these have been tested a lot before being released,as well as being test marketed.
using Janty eliquid,i wondered if there is some kind of ball park figure of how much liquid goes through before performance goes downhill.
The reason we give 28 days is because we feel we can guarantee 28 days.
In our tests it does last much longer, but we know that we have some customers out there who are ridiculously hardcore vapers - and some who are very light vapers. This way we dont promise too much - and there is plenty of room to be happily surprised in.
Besides, a 1 month lifespan for an atomizer is pretty much the standard consideration for most e-cigarette users out there - if it lasts a month, thats simply good enough. And how long did your plastic non-refillable lighters last you when you smoked analogues? Did they come with a warranty?
And before you say "yeah but theyre extremely cheap" - well yes, they should be, they were produced in billions - we might have broken our sales record, buuuut .. were not at
that point yet (check back with us in a week

)
To us - atomizers are much like those lighters - you use them until they die, and then you buy another. How long you can use them for depends on how heavily you use them. Theyre disposables ( even if we give them names and treat them as family )
But I think its important to keep reality in check here - we know you want the best of both worlds: The most advanced, best tasting atomizers at the cheapest price, with infinite warranty; but in reality everything comes at a cost.
In this case, we feel that if you use one puromizer every month then its good value for your money - and a well tasting value at that. Our tests show us that most of our customers will probably use their puromizers past their 28 days of warranty - which can only be good. But we cant go out there and say we give it a 3 month guarantee, because we dont know if you will hook the puromizer up to a 12v battery and invite 113 of your closest friends over to see who can make the biggest smoke cloud
However, you can also wash the puromizer - our tests have shown us that this works well, but you should still consider this as a tip, and not as a "Janty way of cleaning the puromizer" - as it is not covered by the warranty, nor is it part of the manual.
So, when your puromizer feels like its left this world, try this before you throw it out and let us know how it works - and if you have tips, feel free to submit them to us!
- De-attach puromizer from battery
- Open up silicone flap
- Put your lips over the end where the screw-thread is, and blow
- Once no more liquid seems to come out, de-attach the mouthpiece
- turn on the faucet - use HOT water - let it run into the place where the mouthpiece is - and also let some in where the silicone opening is - dont be afraid to do this for a few minutes
- now turn the faucet on COLD water - do a quick rinse from where the mouthpiece goes in - and then turn off the faucet
- Put your lips at the screw-thread end of the puromizer again, and blow out all excess water
- Put the puromizer on a piece of cloth overnight - near a radiator if you can
- after a day of drying, blow at screw-thread end again to make sure its no longer wet - if it is, it needs more drying.
- If dry: Re-fill with liquid as normal - leave it for ONE hour on the SIDE with mouthpiece on, and silicone flap closed
- After one hour, pick it up, shake it good, then leave it standing up (mouthpiece at top) for 10 minutes, then insert it into battery and begin slowly vaping
- Full taste should be restored slowly
You can also use a hairdryer on very low heat to dry it out completely, but make sure you dont overdo it as the parts inside could become too hot and take damage easily.
Now, please remember this is only a TIP. As for all other atomizer cleaning methods this will work for some (most) but for others it might not. It is also worth noting this atomizer ( or any other atomizer commercially produced ) has been built for cleaning, or "permanent" re-use. So if it works; Yay! If it doesnt - oh well, better get another.
Hope this helps a bit!
