hummm, is Janty support dropping the ball?

It's been 3 days since I opened my ticket (ID:3719) and still no kind of answer from support or any kind of contact for that matter.
Not very nice...

Yeah, I'm starting to wonder if I should have placed that last order... It got shipped today, so I should have it in 2-3 days, AMAZINGLY FAST INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING BTW!!! So I guess I'll just see how it goes. I've order 7 or so different kits in the last 2 days (I was out of vaping scene for a few months and some new stuff came out while I was gone, like the lavatube, and big tanks, etc...) SO I got excited and ordered all kinds of stuff... ;)

RB37: First of all, im glad to hear they shipped it out - they must be so heavily backed up now, and i think the popularity of the device took them by surprise to be honest.

I am crossing my fingers things will work for you this time around! =/

Pmos69: As i said above, i think its a matter of them being caught by surprise :)

Zombitedesade:

I agree with you, someone had a party when filling up these with primer - we will correct this on the next batches :)

As for the refilling, give it a bit of time to get to know it and you will be able to do this anywhere. I know by
now i can gauge the window, and then i can drip X amount of drops in there and i dont need to check, since
i know how much i put in. For instance, it can carry 60 drops of a certain liquid and when im this and that full
it needs 30 drops more. Refilling i find is easiest if you drip drops, rather than pour a stream. Takes about equally
long.

The TH gets better and more pronounced as your puromizer breaks in, i dont know how long you have had it for
but depending on how much primer was in there, and how much you smoke, this could take a bit of time - im sure
you will be pleased with the TH once it has broken in - and then i think it might be able to replace your other device
as the all-day carry vaping tool.

As for having to carry a bottle of liquid, ive always felt it wasnt a problem - its about how many times you have to pull
out and use that bottle - in this case, you might have to pull your bottle out 2 times during a day; is that really bad?

I know id rather want a device looking and working like this in size, and having to pull out a bottle 2 times a day,
than having something bigger and clunkier, and not having to carry a bottle.

But ofcourse we all have our own viewpoints and opinions - i just think you might change yours of the NEO once you give a week more - it will grow on you (or thats what i think) :)

I actually find filling using the method indicated by Ludo easier.
I use it, with any kind o bottle and just carefully streaming the e-liquid in there with the bottle nozzle just laying on the filling window at an angle.
But what do you know Mik? You're just the designer :)

After a slight detour (Sorry @Ludo) i shall finally get around to do what i signed up on this forum for in the first place...

.. to thank Janty for an amazing product.

As a new vaporer I went through numerous devices before I happened to notice the Neo, in fact I ended up spending a considerable amount of cash on Joye eGo-Ts & Cs, Ovale Elipses or the slimlined Joye 510-Ts and clones thereof, which are still cluttering my desk as of today.

My biggest problem as a rank noob and with nobody to ask in person for practical advice: finding the right technique to draw on my PV (thats what its called here, right?) turned out to be the hardest part of the equation. Too quick draws, too much or not enough force and all the pleasantness was gone, burnt taste, liquid leaking etc, having to clean the atomizer. Highly irritating in a time when you're about ready to go kill someone for an analog anyway.

With the Neo, however, I am finding that I can just use it without having to worry if i am doing it right. The Neo performes beautifully each time, i can perma suck on it or take quick, even hasty puffs or deep drags, the Neo delivers everytime and flawlessly. I'm impressed. On top of that, it outperforms all my other devices in taste, while offering a pleasant throat hit and a satisfying feel in your lungs.

I am missing the low battery warning my eGo-C has and the width of the mouthpiece feels a bit too wide, i think i'd prefer it slightly tapered. Cant decide if i prefer the looks of my airflow model with its golden ring at the center - or the "cleaner" look of the classic version with an automatic battery without the golden ring.

But I do love the automatic battery. I missed the automatic when i went from the 510-T to my eGo-T/C and that was probably one of the key selling points when I saw the Neo, I haven't seen many manufacturers offering automatic batteries, which do add to the simplicity of using a PV and allows for more flexibility in how you hold it.

I am a clutz when it comes to refilling the tank. I have a bit of I'd say excessive condensation buildup in the mouthpiece and theres always a fairly big drop of condensation on top of the battery connector when I go to recharge it. Not sure if i should be concerned about this or if this is expected/normal. Maybe i am still doing something wrong?

Thanks!

RB37: Cant guarantee that i can do anything, but who did you purchase your NEO with (USA/France?) and whats your order number - let me know and ill see what i can do. It should be noted that im only doing this as a one time favor, i dont normally do CS stuff, but i did promise you id look into it if they didnt respond!

sk4477: Good to hear! :) And no, what youre describing sounds normal - some liquid will come through, but it shouldnt be harmful to the system if its not more than what you have described !

Seriously guys, please also try the NON AIRFLOW auto battery type (the version without the ring). It's my favorite, I find it so much neater :)

KISS, remember?

I am ahead of you dear! I already ordered it and this week I am going to give it a try...

KISS.. strangely dressed old men acting a bit peculiar?
Nah, the black non-airflow Neo classic is drop dead gorgeous.. :)

Yes it is, isn't it? Silver is great but now we are back to black :)

Thanks Mik, I purchased it from the Europe shop, order number was 1000037810, and the ticket number is 3752.
My second order number was 1000038192, which should be here in a few days.
Any help would be appreciated, I have pretty much just written the battery off, I mean, for the cost of shipping it back, hassle, etc... I could just order another and save time and money... lol

This doesn't make any sense.
Janty doesn't handle tickets sequentially?

I think tickets are being handled individually in each store. And sometimes it doesnt make sense to fix tickets in the order they are made in; Lets say you have 30 tickets with questions about something that you dont need to answer right now, but you have 14 tickets about more pressing urgent matters, then i probably skim, and pick them on a most relevant/urgent basis to provide the best customer experience.

All in all, i know that Janty Europe just had a massive influx of orders, and i think what he ment was that he was on it, and even using the weekend to get everything up to speed.

That really doesn't apply Mik.
Both orders are from the EU store and both are about warranty replacements.

Worse, just got word from a fellow PTVapers member that he too filled a warranty ticket for one of his puromizers today and received immediate response.
