The faulty puromizers that came with my manual kit have been replaced. Toby was kind enough to have them tested before posting to me. It's my second day with the working puromizers and they are doing well so far except one needs the refill flap opening now and then otherwise there is loss of flavour. Removing the air-flow ring is another way around it, suggesting that there isn't enough air getting in to prevent vacuum build up. Arrgh, vacuums!

I suppose if puros are made by hand there's always going to be a margin for error. The issue then is one of quality control and how you detect and remove faulty units so that the vendor and customer do not receive them...

The silicone flaps will be available as accessories - if you buy a neo set, you get something like 5 or 7 spares with the set.

For refilling, and to avoid losing it -> instead of holding back the flap, just open it, turn it 90 degrees out, pour in liquid, and turn it back. Easy as pie :)

And as for this vacuum thing - ive been testing this _alot_ and i havent had one single issue with vacuum, or burned taste =/

I got my Full Airflow kit in yesterday, and so far so good, no issues to report, I am using 50/50 pg/vg mix and it vapes great.

3 days with no issues to report, i like the kit but I have too many kits, look for a Silver Classic Airflow Automatic in the classified section, in the USA, since they don't have it in stock yet.

After some weeks of using the Neo.. I must say this is just fantastic!!
And what pmos told about using the Neo Automatic + Kuwako... ITS TRUE! I'm walking around with it like it's a real pipe ahaha We do get hooked to the Kuwako and Neo Auto!

I'll get a "review" of the Kuwako up this week :D
(also, don't buy Janty Classic RY4... It's like vaping in heaven.. Oh wait, I'm an RY4 addicted!)

And how has tried Janty's RY4 and not have become a RY4 addicted yet? :)

I have a couple of cuestion about the puromizer, is the puromizer window made of glass or some kind of plastic? (just in case I drop it and cause a crack, I don't wanna be ingesting small glass particules)

And also, I noticed that the center piece of the puromizer can be rotated if touched on the battery side of it, is this for a purpose? I dont want to acidentally rotate it too much while cleaning and streach any wiring.

Hey

The puromizer window is a plastic shell, so dont worry about cracking it.

As for the rotation, it can rotate, but its not "ment" to be rotated. So be a bit careful - but you should be fine :)

Just an FYI for anybody interested. I have been trolling the Janty site for the NEO Classic Manual Airflow kit. They are still unavailable. I called the number on the website to inquire when they would be available and was presently surprised when the man on the phone offered to put a kit together for me. Thanks JANTY for the great customer service.

Doesnt sound good - i have no complaints here though, im still using the first one i got and its going strong. You must have gotten an unlucky batch or something =/

Replacements arrived, I've used one for about 2 days, now getting the strong burnt taste like I did before the others gave up the ghost...I've switched back to the ole reliable LR atty...Gonna wait til I get some pure PG liquid to use with the other one as that is what I read on this forum works best...Seems like this thing should work with PG/VG for more than 2 days!

I think it's a real shame that Janty doesn't disclose this on their website in the description of the product.

a friend of mine wants to try the puromizer but he has only joyetech batteries
The puromizer will works well?
In recent months he has been unlucky with vaping, so i want to give him the best experience possible with puromizer.
They will work but if you want him to have the best experience he has to buy the NEO Janty batteries, they were designed specifically for the puromizer and for giving the best vaping experience when in use as a pair.

Hello, I first must say...I love the Neo Classic. My problem is that the puromizer leaks from the bottom when I connect it to the battery. I have the two puromizers that came with the starter kit & an extra one. They all came filled with primer, that was saturated on the outside with primer as well. The whole puromizer was cover in primer, I thought this is just the normal way the product comes, so I simply emptied the primer & wiped the outside of the puromizer & filled with the Janty ejuice (ry4, great taste) that was part of my order. I must say the product works well...GREAT taste & vape & battery life, but i'm losing a whole lot of juice from the bottom, where i connect it to the battery...Its a leaking mess. I have to vape holding the Neo with a bounty paper towel. lol

My question is, am I doing something wrong or do I have bad luck & the puromizers I got were faulty.

I'm a bit worried because, I ordered another starter kit as a gift for a friend who I am trying help in her process to quit smoking. I know the puromizers come with primer in them, but are the puromizers supposed to come saturated on the outside & the whole plastic baggie they are in covered in primer?

Help please...Thank You

As i adressed in the other thread where you asked about this; What you are describing is NOT normal. It sounds to me like you didnt insert the silicone flap into the puromizer - and if you did, you didnt close it! :)
